Yar indeed. I was thinking about CSing a soldier or two. They're probably going to get in a bit of trouble with the big bad guys... Who knows? Maybe the heroes can keep the death toll low XD
there is going to be a lot of death because it is war and there human soldiers fighting on both sides, not just Metahumans so it will be like a real battle just with superpowers added into it.

Izari looked at the beast as it began to rampage across the battleground and he prepared himself for the battle. When he saw Keiko create a massive amount of wood that ensnared the One Tails, he was shocked at the sheer volume of the roots. He'd never thought that she was this powerful and now that it looked containing the beast was the smartest choice of action right now while they wait for Remi to try and repel the Bijuu. It was time for Izari to get to work and he had to fight from the ground to be more effective
"Thanks for the lift" he said to the girl and then jumped from the flower petal. He was very high up the air and he plummeted to the ground at high speeds. Luckily for Izari, his tentacles shot out to the rescue and grabbed onto trees and any other thing they could wrap around. The tentacles slowed down his fall fast enough that he could land safely on the ground. Once on the ground, Izari faced the One Tails, looking straight towards the Bijuu and he made the hand signs for his technique.
"Snare of the Tentacles!" he shouted and dozens of of giant tentacles came out of different parts of his body and he commanded them to wrap onto the One tails. The huge green tentacles moved towards the two tails and slowly began to bind the creature with help from Keiko's wood release. Now that the Bijuu was held down, it was open for attack and that's what came next. Izari eyes witnessed Remi's incredible fire technique, he hoped that their attacks and plan worked against the Tailed Beast.

One Above All may be God, but that just makes him the most fitting kind prey. The Anti-Spiral tried phasing them out of reality, but Gurren Lagann literally broke the laws of the omniverse and came back on sheer willpower. Gurren Lagann embodies the idea of surpassing the limits imposed on us by apparent reality. One-Above-All seems content with omnipotence, so he has nowhere to go, and thus he would lose. He may be God, but Gurren Lagann is a God killer.
here is the flaw in your argument, the one above all is in control of ALL REALITIES! there is absolutely no where that Gurren Lagann could go that the one above all could not find and wipe out. the omniverse is every single reality and universe meaning that there is no other reality outside of it. also if your wiped from existence, there is no way of willing yourself back to reality, that is impossible unless someone or some power in existence pulled you back. Also I looked in to the Anti Spirals and it doesn't say anywhere that they are the creators of the omniverse, and there for are not on the same scale as the One Above All. at the most it is a stalemate, but in my opinion the one above all wins because he will simply know everything about the Anti Spirals and then wipe them of their powers when he gets the chance and then obliterate them from existence. Anti Monitor would be a better match for them then the One Above All. another thing, that anime sounds ridiculous and the main character is way too OP to the point where it sounds awful.
as i said before Larfleeze can own that anime single handily
