Norman Moore was researcher at a top secret weapons manufacturer which specialized in unmanned war machines that would revolutionize the face of war. His childhood wasn't all too pleasant thanks to being bullied for being a nerd. This caused him to become more antisocial as his childhood went on. After graduating college, Norman was recognized for his genius in the development for electronics that were controlled through brainwaves. This led him to his job for the manufacturer and he began developing ways to make army war machines that could be controlled simply by human thought. Not too long into his career, his research and test were not giving his employers the results that they wanted and eventually the laid him off. Furious at how he was pushed aside and not given enough time, Norman tried one last time with an experiment to mentally control an extremely technologically advanced tank that was too complicated to be manned or controlled remotely, but something went wrong in the process and his body was destroyed, but his mind lived on in the machine. When he discovered that he could control the tank, Norman decided that had enough with being pushed aside and not being important to other people and so Norman Moore became the super villain Metal Terror. Metal Terror went up against Hot Rod and although he came close to killing the hero, the speedster still was able to triumph over the metal behemoth
Metal Terror is a very large tank that is very fast and runs on a mix of solar and fuel cells that he recharges by sucking up water. He has a huge arsenal which includes heaving artillery rounds surface to air missile as well as a rail gun and electric cannons. He also has a grenade launcher and assortment of bombs. What is probably his most useful feature is his robot arms which are like tentacles with complex mandibles that are more accurate than fingers and allow him to construct his deadly arsenal. His metal body is also made out of metals that are tougher than steel. His powers also allow him to jump into other machines when he is trying to get away or improvising when the Tank is damaged
Dan Charleston always had a love for explosion and the devastation that they caused, some say that to him it was the most incredible thing to behold. As a child, Dan was obsessed with fireworks and loved shooting them off as much as he could get to, his parents so no problem with his obsession. But as he got older the fireworks didn't give him the kind of excitement that he was looking for, and he began to secretly buy small explosives. At school he was a nobody and this frustrated him to no end. Eventually he took his frustration out on everyone at school and set a bomb he had constructed, killing a dozen students and teachers. He had managed to get away from the blast but was soon picked up by the authorities and sent to juvenile detention.
Once out of juvee, Dan started to develope powers which allowed him to turn any inanimate object into a bomb of varying power depending on how much energy he put into it. Once he learned to control his powers, he became a super villain named Bomber Man and began terrorizing the united states of America. His mass of destruction had him come into contact with Hot Rod and the two have fought on several occasions.
Johny Hall was a boy who was considered a freak by most of his classmates because of his silly antics and love of pranks. He loved to get revenge on his tormenters by putting bugs in their lunches, giving them sour milk and many other disgusting things. This behavior eventually got him put into juvenile detention and his life of crime started there. While he was a part of a gang of thieves, he accidently fell into a large container of toxic chemicals at a factory they were looting from. The accident turned him into an insane cartoon like villain and he began terrorizing southwest of America. That was until he came to blows with his archenemy the superhero known as Hot Rod.
Prankster has two main powers which are super speed and the ability to turn almost anything into a dangerous prank or trap. It is unknown if he is faster than his nemesis Hot Rod but most agree that he is at least just as fast. His pranking ability has resulted in many terrible kinds of damage such as causing a building to collapses by creating a chain reaction by breaking its structure, filling an entire block with oil and then setting it on fire, and also setting explosives at supersonic speed in areas that his enemies never expect
The being known as Raging Bull was an artificially made life form with the appearance of a minotaur from Greek mythology, and from the day of his creation, he was subjected to many experiments to make him a powerful force that would destroy the enemies of freedom. But things didn't go as planned for his creators.
