How much control should be stated, Shin has a limited control over the temperature, the most he can make the flame is cool and the worst is freezing so far. Nothing more than that. Plus the amount of time he can control it is limited, which I would say would grow as we progress with the rp.

Also Drake, do you mind if I have Shin arrive on the 20th of July (being a day before 066)? Or is the twenty first the earliest anyone can wake up?

and I think it works by reacting with atoms in the air around the user, of course with Shin the flames can be generated from his own body naturally due to the experiments on him. By the air around him would fuel that power mixing and expanding into the atmosphere. I think I saw before that if a user can control the temperature they can create both normal and ice cold flames, a rare few to absolute zero. But I doubt we'd get that far with Shin, but we might dunno. This info I got partly from looking up, and the name of the ability from le superpower wiki and info from various animes too. But I think it can be done in real life as well (not controlling obviously), just not to an overly powerful degree.

With the DNA implant I shouldn't need to explain further, my idea was that the power he has now was the power implanted within him thus the need for various pain killers and further experiments to get his body used to such a thing, including the lowered body temp. Make sense now?

Expanded upon. As put there, would DNA implantation work. It explains how the ability to came about, as for the weapon part I've removed that and I can also limit control of the power to say certain limbs instead of whole body usage.

Personality: Shin to most is generally a down right creepy individual, and that is exactly how he prefers it. He is a rather sly and cunning young man naturally. This young man seems to never lose his cool or temper no matter what the odds or regardless of the current situation, which so far seems to only annoy and irritate those around him. Many find this young man to be very unapproachable most of the time, although he seems to be always upbeat about things, be it because of his own nature sly nature or simply because he wishes to show such an emotion. Shin is never seen showing any true emotion, only the emotions he wishes for others to see, as he seems to be almost shy in that regard. He also seems to be extremely good at reading others emotions, based on body language, tone of voice, and other’s expression. As such, he can easily mask any emotion he wishes not to show, so far only one has ever been able to ‘read’ him as he puts it. It also appears that this young man can change moods at the drop of a hat, from upbeat and his usual self, to dark and highly sadistic; it all depends on timing really. Overall Shin seems to find amusement in most things, be of his own doing or not. However, with his outward personality mixed with his own personal desire to protect the few alive he cares for, this silver haired joker is highly unpredictable to say the least. It should also be noted that this young man speaks with a hint of a Japanese accent and seems to be extremely intelligent about matters he doesn't even remember (genius IQ) although this has been confirmed that it was not a result of experimentation and that this young man seems to be naturally born with it.
Power('s): Cryo-Pyrokinesis: When experimented upon, scientists implanted an experimental DNA into Shin's body, that DNA merging with his own and creating this ability as was it's original intention, although when first used this is extremely painful and harms the user should they push their bodies beyond the natural physical limit. Shin is able to fully manipulate fire that is unlike the norm, being that of freezing temperatures. This acts much faster than normal ice would as the flames travel faster and are able to reach a lower temperature than normal ice as well. Such flames cannot be put out by water due to it's unique properties and can even freeze such water into ice with enough concentration. Shin has also shown the ability to create a firestorm made entirely of these cold flames, which seems to act more like a blizzard, although this drains him very quickly if used for overly long periods of time. If wishing to not be used by hand (and sustain potential damage to skin tissue) these flames may be directed into a weapon of some kind that is not generated by the flames themselves (i.e. the blade Shin carries). Over time it is possible Shin may gain control of how to control the temperature of these flames (as he cannot at the current time), allowing him to manipulate both normal flames and ice in the long run. Naturally due to the dangerous nature of these flames Shin so far is limited to controlling them for up to half an hour (30 minutes) and 45 minutes if pushing his body. If pushing to the limits of his control after use Shin is likely to pass out for up to four hours and be unable to use his powers for the next twenty four hours.
