Teo crashed in with his van, doing the classic horn sound,he then he came thru the sun roof ,holding a baseball bat, crashed it thru one of the watchmens heads and yelled:"BONK!"

"There he is," chuckled The Visionary. "It ends here and now." The Visionary lifts one arm, completely concealed by the robe, pointing at Teo. "Execute him."

Every single person and Eye begin shooting at Teo, heading toward him, unleashing all the power the Visionary's army had to offer. It would probably fail in the end but he would be so tired he would not be able to face the secret weapon, which would then be enough to wipe out everyone with extreme prejudice. He was sure of it.
Waiting outside the most infamous high-rise in Gotham. Someone should be coming down by elevator shortly, and someone should be crashing in by some nonsensical means shortly. Considering the remnants of his army, all his Watchkeepers, and his secret weapon were all gathered in one place, it was making to be a very messy stand-off. Hood up, cloak drawn over him, eyes active, everybody ready. They would use overwhelming force and wipe out everyone who has made themselves menaces, he would then lead them to a mass-execution of all scum in Gotham, and then he would sit on his judicial throne, the new, strict, hard-line ruler of Gotham that the city deserved. Or if he failed that day, word would get sent to his true master, Bishop. THE Bishop. The boy Teo was wrong. He was no Templar, he was just a man tired of the super heroics destroying the city, but The Bishop definitely was one. He had the Knights, he had the religious frenzy, he had the magical powers... And he'd begin his own cleansing if he ever learned that The Visionary had fallen, and The Visionary told him the location of the Phase 3 device, if he needed it. Even in potential death, he would not fail.

He anticipated how the Teo kid would first act. He'd get out of his balloon or train or giant duck, make either a Clint Eastwood impression or a Scarface impression, then make a silly face and shoot at him directly with his plasma cannons, set likely to "Gatling Gun". For someone so wacky random, it was becoming rather easy to guess what he would most likely do. And either way, it wouldn't work. Not anymore. Now that the secret weapon was here. It may contradict everything he ever believed in, but desperate times...
An entire household of thugs dead. All begging for mercy as they died. But Carmine was away. This couldn't be. He was supposed to be in. He-

A look at a piece of paper on Carmine Falcone's desk. "Meet w/ Mask. Territory exchange. $2 million."

No.
The Visionary couldn't believe this. Falcone was already out of his grasp. He failed in that respect. And with the cartoon punk going up against him, the girl would be freed. His armies would crumble. The kid would probably arrest him with Chinese Finger Traps. But he would not fail. So he would kill two birds with one stone. He would have vindication from this thug who dared take the vengeance he rightfully deserved and this sharpshooter, and he would finally put an end to the kid. Then, at last, the cleansing would begin, and Gotham would finally be made a pure city.

Projection on. "I'm tired, kid. When you're done in there, and if you're still breathing, I will be in Gotham. At a certain criminal headquarters. It's time to finish this little tete a tete." With that, he gave a call to all non-activated Eyes, MK 1, MK 2, and Executioners, to the place, and he began the final assault. Time to activate a secret weapon, a gift from Bishop from the very beginning.
"I despise people like you. I'm trying to cleanse the world and you make a mockery of it all. You supposed supers do nothing but halt progress and make 'names' for yourselves, no matter who gets hurt in the process, no matter how many lives are destroyed or how much of the city is damaged, no matter how much people beg for it to stop. If it weren't for superheroes, there wouldn't be supervillains. If there were no supervillains, there are many who would still be alive. My family would still be alive. I wouldn't have to go to these extremes to purify Gotham once and for all. Don't you get it? Nobody asked for your help. All you do is escalate and destroy for vanity and fame, and you disguise it as heroics. You're all scum, no better than Falcone."

Mk2 Eyes began coming in from all sides through the ventilation system.

"Which reminds me," The Visionary continued, "I have a massacre to watch. After today, the Falcone family will cease to exist. You, young lady, if you renounce the pettiness of your so-called 'super heroics' and became a true purifier of evil, you may live through this. But, you, 'Teo', are beyond redemption. Are beyond reach. You cannot be saved and you only live to obstruct the path to the future, and so death for you is inevitable. Good bye."

With that, the projection clicked off, and The Visionary watched two feeds- one of the Mk 2 Eyes attacking Teo, and another of an army of Mk 2 Eyes ravaging the Falcone estate frying every single living person inside. Their charred remains and the pooling of blood on that tile floor exhilarated The Visionary. So long as that Bullet and that Soufflé character didn't intervene, his Eyes would reach Falcone and give him a slow, agonizing death. Bullet, and Soufflé, and he, himself. All trying to cleanse the city, all purging it of evil, all traumatized by their own pasts, driven to cleanse the future. But they were competition, and refused to go to the lengths needed to truly cleanse the world forever. And so, they would be converted to his way, or they, too, would be crushed. This was his will- the vision of The Visionary. And his vision, at the moment, was a charred Falcone and a mangled Teo.
"Well, I have a PhD in cooking," said (and instantaneously regretted by) The Visionary as a Mk2 Eye Bot, before the kid can react with his gauntlets, lights him on fire. He's probably STILL not dead, but that should keep him occupied. And a reminder to self, The Visionary thought internally. No more banter. That quip of his was just awful.

Well,I'm (Teo is basilcy me) a major gadfly

Still, can you please let him rant? Have you no respect for complete homicidal maniacs like my character? : T Just please, just for maybe five minutes, that is all I ask. xD
A second anvil, a small anchor, a one-ton weight, and a penny drop on the hero. The Visionary chuckled. NOW he sees why the kid uses this stuff. It's hilarious. Coats an absolute fortune, and he couldn't afford to use it after this, but it was good for a laugh. And the kid needed to be incapacitated. He's probably still alive, but with a hilariously pronounced and bandaged goose-egg.
"I expected you'd do something like this, brat. You're always there when my plans start unraveling." The wall was closing itself back up, patching the hole with a moldable resin with the durability of tempered steel. "I looked up your files, kid. That thing you use? You run on? What was it? 'Cartoonium'? Well, after some research into its composition, I took some defunct eyes and other ores and smelted a chunk, and I think you'll appreciate how I'm now going to use it." Two clamps shut around the hero's feet as the sound of a slide whistle and a slowly growing shadow enveloped Teo. He really hoped Teo would look up and see the anvil. Might as well be generous and let the brat go out with a smile.

*sigh* He lost track of how much money he owes Bishop. He'll probably have some eyes pick up whatever cash remains in Sionis's stronghold after he bites it from those two thugs. And, now that he thinks about it, once the eyes are done exterminating every last filthy Falcone, he might as well deprive them of their money as well.
Teo y u do this? I didn't even get a monologue or answer any questions she may have. I'm just gonna incapacitate you, and you can by all means break her out and reveal you were never locked up or indisposed or whatever and you just wanted to find out my ultimate plan. But please, let the villain monologue. It's a villain's inaliable right to do so.
The Visionary watched with cold, metallic eyes as the Meta, subconsciously reverted to her human form, was brought into the specialized prison chamber. She was chained by hands and feet to a metal catwalk. A series of air ducts and ventilation systems, without any cracks in them with which to escape, weaves about the whole of the chamber. If she tried changing at all, the doors in and out would lock with an airtight seal and the ducts will act as a vacuum, sucking her inside, disorienting her until she was rendered too unbalanced to move. She would be re-chained and the security system would reset, ad infinitum until she died with the rest of the vigilantes and criminals of Gotham. But first he wanted her to know why- he wanted everyone to know why. He wanted people to see him as a man made justified, and he felt it was only fair. He activated a simple projection- not a hologram, but simply a projection like in a theater, and spoke when she regained consciousness.

"Hello. I am The Visionary. Make no attempts to escape, they will succeed in doing nothing but anger me. You will not be harmed at the moment, and if you have any questions, do feel free to ask."
