Wow. Now that this mysterious collab is going on, I feel like I'm the one who doesn't know the secrets. A little strange for a GM. XD

I don't feel the need to make a crowd post. You guys already summed up how they would probably behave, and I don't want to interrupt these interesting interactions.

There aren't any big plot points scheduled for "Friday". You all can make a couple posts about what you do with your free time, and then we can move on to Saturday when you're ready. @Ardent Dawn There is something minor I want to do while you're at your booth, so I'd appreciate if you left room for that. One or two other avatars can also be around at that time if anyone wants to.

*slow clap* I must admit, I'm slightly disappointed by the lack of spontaneous street brawl. But the increase and diffusion of tension was all handled excellently and realistically. And there will be plenty of opportunities for mayhem in locations with fewer innocent bystanders. :P

Aw, thanks a bunch guys. :3 But a good idea would fall flat without good characters. It looks like everyone has put a lot of thought into what an avatar might be like.

Porygon-Z flinched a bit at David's Power-Up Punch, thankful he didn't use the fighting-type move at full power. Its eyes dulled and it emitted a few beeps again.

"Scan complete," it intoned. "Avatar identified."

With that, Porygon-Z commenced another techno dance party. Unlike last time, this one went mostly unnoticed... the nightmarish appearance of Germaine occupied the crowd's attention and drowned out the Pokemon's cheerful beeping.

Porgyon-Z ended its private party and moved to shake David's hand, only to discover that he was no longer there. Looking around, the pink Pokemon soon found the Regirock avatar chatting with three others. These unusual humans looked like they might be avatars, too. With a level of tact only achievable by a robot, Porygon-Z hovered straight into the middle of the four avatars squaring off.

"This check-in is for avatars only," it stated professionally, swiveling its head around to address everyone in the group. "Sirs, if you are indeed avatars, please state your representative Pokemon and prove your power by attacking with a move."

@Ardent DawnThat crystal-selling idea might be a good thing to do over the next few hours in-RP, since there aren't any important scheduled events.

I'm hesitant to allow more than one character per person for multiple reasons. #1, I want newcomers to have as large a selection of legendaries as possible. #2, that's simply a whole lot of characters to keep track of and text to read, and I don't have that much time on my hands! The answer is no for now, but I might rethink it if people stop signing up and/or people drop out.

Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear enough with the festival schedule. Right now it's Friday afternoon. There isn't much going on today except booths and costume contests.

Saturday morning is the parade.

Saturday noon, the Tournament of Legends starts.

And yeah, this drama build-up is pretty nice for me. You guys are entertaining each other so much, all I have to do is sit back and watch the mayhem. XD
