I'm not sure if it's 60 points for each character or a communal fund for all characters I have?As to Kaien, I'm spending points to upgrade his Zanjutsu to Ryōdan. Yeah fog/mist could be the type, everything in a way is melee

Not impossible but more so on the lines of it being improbable which won't really make that much of a difference. Still, there's a possibility of him making it despite how small it may be. It all depends on how one envisions it to work in a fair manner instead of just making it pure overpowering.
Really hard though like melee and illusions XD whats its gonna do make someone thing they are hitting here when they are hitting here?
