Shinji sat at his desk, his Zanpakuto rested across it, his elbows on the desk with his hands together infront of his face as he looked down at his Zanpakuto. The events still ran through his mind fresh and since then not a word came from his Zanpakuto, he could no longer enter his inner world...never before had he felt so powerless...if another attack were to befall the Seireitei what could he do? If I may suggest something, would it be possible if I could survey these poorer districts? So they don't feel as though we are shrugging them off and letting, and possibly run a check on some people. Hot rock- With the red circle activated he can kick up a piece of the earth and set it on fire before he sends it flying at the target, he can do this with multiple big or tiny rocks, the bigger rocks obviously having more of an impact but slower, while the smaller ones can cut with the speed, and burn through the target. 2.Slippery when wet- With the blue circle activated the user starts to spin around with the blade pointing at the ground, little by little water spins around his feet, and it also stay around his feet to even as he moves. With this it can be defensive and offensive, as he can move it to his will by moving his left hand, so if he gets close to the target he can move his left hand and make the water slam into the person with great force and then move it back to being around his feet, he can do the same with defending as well. This sends out a humongous wind arc, that even if the enemy block can still crush them with its power, truly it takes a truly strong person to be able to withstand this and not be moved or hurt

You will die- The user with the fan open starts swing it like crazy all around him with begins to create a tornado around him, but then it starts to cover around Neil until it becomes incredibly dangerous armor to those that try to attack him, as the wind pressure around him is immense, and it can easily cut through people by just running through them. Sending out wind arcs is quite easily to do, all he has to do his throw a punch and he can send out a powerful wind arc. There is a way to fight him up close, it just takes effort of its own to stand near him during this. ( Last five post, cooldown a day)
