Mok looked at gio as he mumbled something, and went into the kitchen, which made Mok sigh as he pulled two people up and brought them into the kitchen then grabbed Gio and dragged him outside, where Mok looked at him and then held up his hand. "I suppose I can teach you something, its simple but hey its a skill none the less. So hold out your hand. Its a kido hakuda hybrid move, you might understand what it is, and no its not shunko. Mok's palm then began emitting a blue light which slowly began to cover his hand, then Mok went over to a tree and slammed his palm against it, which shatter the tree with blue light going everywhere. "So can you guess what it possibly is?"

After a while of shock that most couldn't even do shakkaho, or some basic Bakudo. He contemplated what he got himself in to, yet managed to get them on the right track, with at least ninety percent being able to do some hados better and actually know how to do bakudos. That was when Mok dismissed them and then made a chair made of kido and sat down in it as he looked at a piece of paper with some information on it. "Wow we get insulted a lot.... The fuck is a Ryutaro, and how'd he get away with that? Seriously just byakurai people first ask questions later." Mok spoke to himself when suddenly two people began dragging him inside the building then to the scene where Mok just stared at it. "Well.... I was kind of shitting around about the whole cooking thing....." Then the ones that killed the hollows came back and went right in. "Hey where is the report?" Mok was then handed a piece of paper which he took then sat down with the others as he read it. "How the hell did you..... Know what it worked. So good for you. Shooting a byakurai up a hollows ass...." Mok said, which made some members chuckle.
Wow he took that seriously....
Mok listened as the man pretty much gave him commands which made him smirk and as soon as he was finished with his plan, Mok stood up and picked up his Zanpakuto, then pulled a capsule off the hilt of his zanpakuto and opened it. "Thats nice and all, but screw your schedules and training plan, we are going by mine now. Also has anyone ever told you your kind of a buzz kill or controlling?" Mok said looking at his list as he moved through the crowd of people. "And if you want to know, its Mok Tenrai, Now lets see. Unseated are following me, while seated and above can clear out hollows, while Gio over there, can cook you guys up something nice." Mok said putting the planner back in the capsule then tucking it in his pocket, as he motioned for the unseated to follow him.
Mok listened to the man again, somewhat appalled by what he meant by contributing to this squad. "Now I think you don't understand what it means to be a captain. My duty is to see that you guys aren't slacking off and are doing what you are suppose to be doing. Sure skills, techniques that comes with the position, but cooking? What you decide to do in your free time is yours, but II'm not about to contribute everything to everyone. I'm contributing those to those I deem worthy, If i taught everyone here how to do Hado number ninety, I'd run the risk of having some of you guys rebelling and then using this dangerous hado causing ungodly amounts of damage to the Seireitei. So what I will be contributing is making sure my squad is the squad that will undoubtedly try and back stab me once I taught them something interesting, or powerful..... Kid you will one day have to learn. You may want to trust everyone, but just cause people seem close, doesn't mean they are perfect angels. As soon as they can they will stab you in the back."
Mok looked at the man and took note of his name. "Well, I'm going to call you Gio then, and what a dumb question. Sure I can help train you guys, but you can't rely just on me to get stronger. True strength lies deep within those who want it. Sure I can teach you guys fancy tricks how to do kido without incantations and still make them powerful, but if you yourself want to improve then, that's something you yourself will have to do. So to that I say if you guys want to become stronger then congratulations, you are already on the path to becoming stronger, you just got to keep at it." Mok said scratching his head tapping on the stump. "So happy with the answer? You can always feel free to try and push me off this stump if you aren't."
Mok sat on a stump as he waited for most of the people in squad five to come outside, he then stood up not caring if everyone wasn't present yet. "Glad you showed up, cause I'm only saying this once. I am the captain of squad five. I and a few other were brought in by Juki, so I can assure you that we are qualified for this position. and truthfully I was never intended for this, more so I didn't want to. Yet that bastard on the mountain denied Juki's request, so you get me. If you are expecting some fancy speech about me saying were the best squad, we can achieve the impossible. Then you are dead wrong. What I will say is this though, this squad doesn't need idiots thinking they changed something when its already been known to have happened. So yeah, don't be an idiot. Yet now we must get to the part where some will try and I will probably only hate you guys more. Anyone who doesn't think I'm worthy enough to be your captain then feel free and try to beat me, in fact...." Mok said as he sat back down on the stump and tossed his zanpakuto on the ground. "All you got to do is push me off this stump, succeed in that and I will gladly leave this position" Then a pretty big rock went flying at Mok who simply used sho on it and sent it hurdling into the sky where it then vanished. Mok then gazed at Shin who shrugged and bowed. "Well I'm satisfied." Shin said sealing his zanpakuto while Mok simply nodded and looked around. "Anyone else?"
