Like Yu his observation Haki is mainly for gauging strength. Otherwise he only uses it to spot people.

Takara said quickly reverting back to her teasing. "Personally I see the first option being more likely, you just cant peel your eyes off me. Like the time you peeped on me, and then complimented my hips."
