When she noticed him, there was a slight pause for a few second, with her turning around, then tuning back towards him, and stated she was always looking for new members, the downside being everyone graduated and she was all that remained. Well it was barren, but he just assumed everyone was getting lunch or was doing something else at the moment. She didn't seem to be saddened by this however, unlike most clubs who would be begging for members when they are so low. Yet this only made Teiji more curious, what was it like being in a club with only one person? So when she asked him if he was still interested he nodded his head and smiled. "Can't say I'm not, fewer people just means easier cooperation, right? And although we are in the same class, I thought it'd be better for a more proper introduction. So my name is Teiji Ishihara."

Well even then there are more than just Kagiko that are great at Kido. Chie for example practically uses Kido for everything. Then there is Rio. Even Yu. Granted I just named Lieutenants, but you get what i mean, they use kido most of the time.
Well if you mean comparing to someone like Shiro, you are probably not even close to 1/4 of his level most likely. It really depends though, Shiro is Kurisa guy, and I know Axel is retiring his captain, or killing. One of those.. So really only one you can test yourself against that isnt temp would be Kurisu, or Shiro.

Teiji Ishihara - Class 2-2 to Anime/Manga club
Teiji's face had the expression of a defeated man, this could only mean one thing when it came to him. That math this year would destroy him in every way possible, luckily for him though the bell rang ending the class and signalling lunch. This brought a joyous expression to his face as now he had enough time to join Soccer and another club, he still had to think about it though. Well he could always think about it after he joined Soccer, so he stood up and rushed out of the room, only to get scolded for running, then walked the rest of the way to the soccer club. Joining up was surprisingly easy, and he was told the days they practiced. Today was not one of them, so he just had to give them a bit of information and that was it. That went quicker than he had suspected, he still had quite a bit of time left, so he had a perfect chance to think of a club he might like. He walked for a few minutes down hallways, when he came to a room for the Anime/Manga club. Well he did read those back home, so it would interest him to see what the club was like. He knocked on the door then slowly opened it peering inside. he looked around the room, to find it quite barren besides a few other people. As he entered the room closing the door behind him, he looked at the girl who was writing on a piece of paper, and to get her attention he cleared his throat. "Hey, is this club still allowing new members?" Teiji said, but now that he inspected her, she was part of his classroom. Her name was Akane he believed? At least that's what he thought he heard.

"And feel free to fall back yourself once you feel tired, I'll continue to protect ya~" Keina joked with a wink before kicking a hollow that jumped at her. The mask cracked almost immediately as the body flew back soon turning into ash. Four jumped at her from each angle though she used Hōzan Kenbu quickly slicing them up with both of her sai. She did it pretty quick and skilfully too. "Dude, this is awesome," she mumbled as she looked at her sai not paying attention to what was coming. A hollow resembling a spider jumped down at her aiming to crush her, though she barely rolled out of the way. "Wow! That was so rude!"
Hyperion watched and observed her as she took out the hollows, and then barely make it out of the way when one aimed to crush her, but it was her comment that annoyed him, he walked up the the spider hollow grabbing it by its back legs pulling them apart which caused its back to start ripping open all the way to its mask where it was ripped right in half. Hyperion then threw the body parts away and looked at Keina and thumped her head. "Rude?! Pay attention to your surroundings!" Hyperion said before grumbling and running a three Hollows slashing all their masks in half.
