Sosa said, which actually made Henry smirk. "Now the healing kido which is called Kaidō, has no numbers or incantations, if you don't know incantations make whatever you are using much stronger.... I'm going to do something but don't freak out this is a better way of teaching, in my mind anyway." Henry then pulled out sosa and held it over his right arm, where he then gave himself a slight cut, nothing big, but it did bleed. " So try focusing your hands over this cut, and try and focus. Your hands should glow green, that means you are healing. The one you saw back at Squad four was reiatsu restoration, my reiatsu is fine at the moment so we don't need to be doing that."

Minari slowly opened her eyes, noticing she was next to Aya back in the squad four barracks. She thought before yawning afterwards. She slowly moved from up off the bed, trying her best to not make any sounds so she wouldn't disturb Aya.

Aya started to turn, but seeing as how she was in a chair, she ended up turning off it which made her land on her face next to Leaf's feet, for reasons unknown this made Aya's reiatsu rise a litt as she stood up and giggled after she fell, she then saw Leaf who was trying to be all sneaky like, which made Aya pout at her. "Hey, you trying to leave me to be one handed by a one hand man to? And here I thought we were the best of friends who would never leave one another to the dangers of a one hand man." Aya said as sh pouted closer to Minari face, throwing personal space out the window.
