I dont understand this. Because as someone that is unseated what skills can I get for my ? I guess the seated and above skills are of limits as for right now


You need points first but what you do is get a seat position cause then you have one mastery, what that does is allow you to go to the next level in whatever you are learning, liek my Yu guy. He is 4th seat and his current mastery is Hakuda so he can learn lieutenant level Hakuda moves while the other categories are the simple seated skills.

Nope all i did was buy them with points and I can use them another way is to make the number of posts learning the techinque to get them, but I think buying them is better XD
