The two hollows that were attacked got cut in half by the two's attacks and dissolved into the air, then three large hollow appeared in almost a triangle formation then fired Cero's at the two aiming to overwhelm them. These hollows did seem to be coming out of nowhere which of course the two would pick up on but obviously something was leading them there. The obvious question was what was leading them here?
As he killed the Hollow his head started to now hurt, which caused him to hold it to try and stop the piercing pain, he was now very confused as to what was happening. Yet he had to deal with it as it was, as Three much larger Hollows then appeared in a triangle formation all firing ceros. Yu managed to shunpo away from all the ceros as he held his head that was still ringing. "Is .....the leader hiding...... They just appear...... when a group dies..." Yu said as He shunpoed over to one of the large hollows and charged up his Reiatsu in his left hand before swinging it at the Hollows head while with his right hand he held his Zanpakuto at the other Hollow and used Okasen against it.

As Ayashi attacked the hollow her attacks went straight through, it was effortless as it fell in half and then dissolved into thin air. A moment of silence then passed before another appeared near Yu, firing another cero at him from behind, then another appeared on the opposite roof to Ayashi and fired a Cero at her. These hollow seemed somewhat normal however they weren't totally normal...they could fire cero which was odd for normal hollow to be able to do
As Ayashi's attack killed the Hollow and everything seemed normal. Another Hollow appeared behind him firing a Cero at him, he then noticed another Hollow to his front firing a cero at Ayashi. Yu then moved Ayashi and himself out of the way of the ceros as they collided with one another. Letting go of her Yu shunpoed over towards the Hollow that had been behind him and thrust his Zanpakuto forward at it, all the while the feeling to kill just kept growing bigger. Yu was also letting out deep pants for whatever reason he wasn't quite sure, he didn't move around all that much.

By explain, I meant the points/days thing.
Points you get from missions and you go off the chart included in the op as how much the skills cost, becoming seated gets you seated skills, so on and so on.
