He felt a hand grip his shoulder which caused some pain yet he didn't let it show as he simply turned his head towards the man and him transferring his Zanpakuto skill to himself and everything he saw turned pink, he looked around rather annoyed. "My Zanpkauto skill is not something you can control. It can be whatever it wants, and right now all I see is pink. What? It's not like I control what I want them to see. Hell half the people here are giggling or some shit, so it can cause happiness. Besides she deserved it, everyone else however ran into my shikai of their own accord. I cant seal it either. My Lieutenant made me take a pill which keeps this thing in shikai for a week and then glued it to my arm. You can try taking it off but whatever glue he use was some pretty fucking good glue. And I'm here to actually study injuries to better myself I'm sure some people here must have been hurt by Poison...... Besides my own, and again. They ran into it of their own accord. as you see it is rather lengthy. Will that do for an explanation sir? I mean if you can remove this and get rid of the pills effects then by all means do so, that way the Poison effects go away and I don't have to hear constant giggling. Again. Ryutaro continued along the Hallways poking quite a few people with his Shikais Poison, son on accident some on purpose. Mostly on this one female apparently called Sarah, god how she annoyed him, enough to the point he left her with the full effects of his Stiffen Poison and his Mirage Poison. He also might have poked her a little more harder than the others, but he was sure she deserved it. Ryutaro continued to investigate all the different injuries in hopes he could study any that looked interesting enough to enough, but so far they weren't even close to interesting for him.

Ryutaro walked the pathways grumbling as he looked at his right arm which had his shikai stuck to it. "How the hell am I meant to use this thing now? I cant swing it or anything." Ryutaro grumbled as he rapidly shook his arm with no success. "I mean I can still poke people with it, as Zero glued the sharp end to my fucking hand.... Why does he seem familiar." Ryutaro though as he entered Squad four as he was curious on some injuries that went around and if some were caused by special effects like his Poison. However a rather attractive Nurse tried to stop him from entering so his Shikai flashed Purple and he poked her arm three times, and then watched her scream and run away. "Okay experiencing her biggest fear is obvious, now that that problem is out of the way." Ryutaro said walking into the room and looked at the unconscious man with Purple hair. "Simply got his ass kicked." Ryutaro said inspecting him and seeing a necklace. "That looks like something Squad Twelve makes.. Oohhhh I think I can tell what you are keeping a secret." Ryutaro said walking out of the room, to go inspect other people.
Henry after entering with another man saw him bow and was about to do it as well until a woman appeared and pushed him out of the way making him fall to the floor as she started yelling at the man about calling her small apparently. As Kurisa started to talk, Henry stood up and then bowed himself and nodded. "Yeah you read my mind Sir." Henry said rubbing his back a little and looking at Sasha before turning his gaze back towards the Captain as he waited for Takeshi's answer. On a side note, Henry already knew dont call the girl small or she will run you over in no time at all.

"Well if you're not having fun then there's no need to drag this on any longer," Gai said as his Spirit Energy shot out making most of the Hollow jump towards him. Quickly shunpo'ing into the air Gai pulled his fist back activating Wolf Fang Fist, as the energy coated his fist he shot down towards the Hollows with his fist connecting to one of them. A small explosion went off by how hard he punched and had killed the surrounding Hollow. Standing up from the dust, Gai un activated his Shikai and took his gloves off putting them back in his pockets. "You ready to go sis?" he asked as he began walking off.
Hearing her brother say no need to drag this on followed by a rise in his Spiritual Energy, she shrugged sealing her shikai and walked away a bit so she didn't get caught up in his attacks explosion. So once all the Hollow were cleared out Seki nodded at his question as she started to shunpo back towards the Squad Ten barracks to let that lazy man know that they did what he wanted them to do.

I was confused, damn it!!! Y'all got to be literal with me when you say stuff like that. I have Asperger's so I can't read between the lines real well.
Well just give the man some time, if they take longer than a couple of days, then sure go ahead and move your guy, but gotta give them at least a few days before you just move your guy.
