I don't think one can recognize someone elses spirit it there, besides the owner of said Zanpakuto. It aint like the Zanpakuto arc where the Spirits all roam around trying to kill their owners.

No, the spirit is only manifesting to Kenny. His inner world looks like the hell Dante wrote of, specifically, the city of Dis.
