Chie Oda & Sieg Oda & Naozane
After a minute of Naozane waiting for Chie to get back up and come back to try and strike him, he realized it had been too quiet, so he went and inspected the broken tree to see her body nowhere and a Spiritual energy started to get further and further away. Naozane and Sieg stood speechless at this, before Sieg looked at him and Naozane could tell what this expression meant. Naozane took off in a hurry after the woman fleeing and caught up rather quickly as he saw her shunpoing away and stopper her with a kick to her face sending her hurling towards the ground. He then walked over to her body and sent a punch towards her face but she held up a hand and used Bakudo number 8, Seki with a blue ball forming before his punch, and as he hit it, it sent him flying backwards through a tree which caused made Chie hurry up and take off while he was down. By the time Naozane rose up off the ground she was already far gone and Sieg was standing over Naozane which a smirk on his face. "Let her run for now, we will finish her later, now come Naozane we have to get back to make sure those little insects in our group aren't causing too much attention to be brought to us." Sieg said with Naozane nodding in agreement and both of them shunpoed away, leaving Chie gasping as she made it back to safety where she collapsed panting. "Crap, Aya is going to want to hear about this."

Pushing herself up she glared at her brother who was watching her with his little sidekick smiling down at her. She gripped her Zanpakuto and pushed herself up, making a straight charge at her brother, the smaller man again stepping in the way, but this time Chie swung her left leg at him, but the man caught it with his right arm, he then jab two fingers into the leg and shot off a Hado number four making Chie yell in pain before being thrown into a tree. Her brother then started walking towards her with a grin plastered on his face. "So what do you think of my right hand man, Naozane? Quite the skillful young man don't you agree? Did you know he is an ex Shinigami? I would say his sills are about on the level of maybe a fourth to third seat at most. Yet of course its nothing compared to me." the man said which made a smirk grow on his face as Chie stood up from being slammed into a tree. "Shut up Sieg, you are nothing but a bastard of a brother. And if little bitch boy over there gets in my way anymore, I'll just kill him as well!" Chie said swinging her Zanpakuto at her brother who caught it with his hand and shook his head. "You are far too weak little sister, you cant even harm me, and I'm not even going all out on you yet. How our family name has fallen. Naozane, go ahead and show my sister true power." Her brother said gripping the sword and then tossing her at Naozane who caught her with a clothesline sending her sprawling to the floor where he then gripped her right arm, tossing her up into the air and shunpoing above her planting his legs onto her stomach and propelled himself and her into the ground causing Naozane to crush her into the earth. "Geesh Sieg said you were weak, but I wasn't expecting you to be this sad and weak." Naozane said stepping off her, hearing her cough up blood and stand back up which made him smirk as she pointed her sword at him. "Strike them down, Suu~ifutosunēku!" Her sword changed form with several needles firing at Naozane who dodged them all and shunpoed in front of her who was grinning and pointing the hilt at him. Naozane's eyes widened a bit as he lowered his Shikai just before all the kido blast fired off at him. Dust started to shoot up with the random hits everywhere, but when it cleared he seemed to be fine. Chie was shocked at this as he appeared behind her and fired off his Reiatsu straight at her back sending her flying through a tree. "Seriously weak. Is this the talent of today's Shinigami? Makes me glad I left."

Henry who was hiding in the Kyyoko watched with his weapons ready for an opening the strike the wind arcs managed to miss him but not by much, yet then the man split in two, which cause Henry to wonder what was going on until he saw a man, wielding a rather giant weapon. When the man started speaking Henry grit his teeth and came out of the Kyyoko as it was easy for the man to tell he was hiding in it. The man went on about being their executioner, and with how easy the individual killed their target, that could very well happen. Yet what came as a shock was the man throwing his weapon in the air and shunpoing up and started to rain down red orbs around them. One of the orbs managed to hit Henry's left arm, which all he could assume was that it shattered his bones in it as his grip released Sosa, which made Henry catch the dagger in his mouth with his eyes widening at the giant blast of energy coming their way, yet what shocked him most was it carrying its own Spiritual Pressure. Just by seeing this Henry could tell they had no chance at winning. Moving his right arm up to grab a hold of the dagger he shunpoed closer to the other two. "Well I see two things we can do. Try to retreat. Or one of us can go and bring any Captain over here asap, I think you know that we have a very high chance at dying."
Yeah i think you should edit, a simple hand shaking really isnt that memorable.
and to be honest his apperance doesnt reallly stand out that much

Kaien was in the academy and one of the more Bloodthirsty ones. I can edit but the Head Captain receives dossiers on every academy graduate, I think. So there's no reason not to think that Kaien's appearance which is rather unique, wouldn't stand out from the crowd.
Eh considering that the Head captain would get every profile. Remembering a specific person would be somewhat impossible
