Lyx thought about Aza's offer, "I might just take you up on that" he whispered back and grinned "and believe me, i've recieved much stranger offers"
Lyx quietly stood up saying "i suppose, as the new guy here, i should introduce myself" he looked at the others at the table "My name is Lyx, from the way things seem i'm the only other Vampire here" he gestured in Ian's direction "and my wolfish friend here is Ian, he is a Vaewolf" Ian looked up from his meal for a moment to give a small wave and say "Hello"

Ian's face brightened at the sight off all the food appearing, he got himself some pieces of meat and let out him claws on his hands, but rather than savagely tearing into the meat he used his claws as someone would use a knife and fork.
Ly didn't go for any of the food as it appeared, he was aware of the embarrassed glances he was getting from another vampire that was trying to eat the food, he seemed like a young vampire. Lyx glanced past Aza at Ian smiling as he saw him use his claws as utensils, he wondered if anyone would let him drink their blood, he might try to approach someone after they all had eaten...

Lyx took the seat to Aza's left glancing at the rest of the residents. Aza was partly right in that he wouldn't eat, he wouldn't eat the food but he would instead want to bite someone, drink their blood, though he would likely just drink from Ian later. Lyx sat quietly as the others introduced themselves and waited until it came around to him.
Ian took the seat to the right of Aza, yawning as he did so, the wolf ears on the top of his head were twitching as he listened to the others talking as he waited to see what there was to eat.

at the sound of someone knocking on the door Lyx rose and shifted back to his normal form, he heard Aza's voice through the door asking if he would like to join the others for dinner, he woke Ian up before opening the door to face Aza saying "I'd love to" as he stepped out to follow Aza.
