I'm pretty sure being the head of a major corporation and like one of the richest people in the world means you're pretty well-known, dude.
Oh, he can't?
Sorry, I thought he could do that sort of thing. I can change it to just like, a sprain, if you want.
Can you explain to me how, exactly, one can "dodge" a broken arm? Keep in mind, this is a guy who is not only a good deal stronger than Jack, but he's also got a fairly good grip on Jack's arm, Jack leaned into it, and Jack is currently distracted by the fact that he just had a flipping chair swung at his face.

So yeah I think it's justifiable. Besides, Jack can just, like, tell Amaterasu that he wants to play a "heal my arm" game and if Amaterasu loses the sun will explode.
Nah, just grappling. Jack can escape Souta and recover pretty easily given his powerset. I'm not really sure why he has yet to do so, honestly.
STOPMAN III

Souta was done. Absolutely done. Dining and dashing was one thing, but using flat-out mind control to do it? That was beyond low. "Yeah, sure, I'll grab it. Eventually. Like, maybe ten years from now. You just hold onto it till then. Now, buddy, how about we play my game?"

He caught Jack's arm with his other hand as the cheat attempted to dodge a chair. It clipped Jack in the shoulder, probably bruising it heavily. He wouldn't be moving it for at least a few minutes.

"My game is called 'Don't Let Me Break Your Arm'.", Before Jack or Tough Love could react, Souta brought the limb down across his knee, splintering Jack's arm just above the elbow with a wet snap. He looked up at Jack with half-lidded eyes, "Whoops. You lost."

Souta held the upper half of Jack's broken arm with his left hand and grabbed his unbroken one with his right, systematically transferring his grip so Jack couldn't escape. He leaned in close, "Want to play again? Oh, but I got an idea. How about we all play together this time?"

The manager stood up straight for the first time in years, granted new-found courage by Jack's poor situation. Fifty times, this son of a bitch had mind-controlled his staff into giving him free food and fifty times (fifty one, counting today) they had just let him walk out, but no more. He reached into the pocket of his cheap suit, taking hold of the brass knuckles he had bought on a whim a month and a half ago. For the first time, standing here in this building, Minami Kenji DID want to play. He stepped forward.

"Looks like we've got our first contestant: The man you've wronged the most here. How about we count your crimes, one blow for each meal you've stolen? I think that's fair. Don't worry, I'll count so that he doesn't go over."

Kenji gripped Jack's forehead with one hand, ensuring there was no escaping, period. A set of brass knuckles slammed across Jack's jaw, knocking his teeth loose and starting his gums bleeding.

"That's one.", Souta muttered as he restrained both of Jack's arms, holding Jack tightly so that he was unable to move or escape, "Fifty left."

"Oh, you'll get your free meal, alright. Down at the station, I hear they serve katsudon to the suspects.", Barring the fact that "GIVE ME FOOD" barely qualified as a game in the first place (really, it was a challenge at best), Jack had forgotten several important details. After all, all he had specified was that "He got his meal for free."

At no point was it specified that he wouldn't be arrested, or that "his meal" would specifically be that apple pie or this tea. Furthermore, Souta had never been playing in the first place. A short-sighted mistake made by many a reality warper over the years. Souta wondered briefly if such godlike figures had some sort of compulsion to insert self-defeating flaws, but was interrupted by an out-of-breath girl showing up at the door. He stared for a second after she finished.

"Yeah, hey, I'm Souta, nice to meet you. I'm uh-", he stuck out his cellphone and waved it, "-I'm the one calling the cops, here. Ask anyone, they'll tell-", he was interrupted by the operator picking up, "-Oh, yeah, hello. No, I was calling to report a dine-and-dash but it looks like a hero showed up. Yeah, thanks. Sorry for taking up your time."

He flipped the phone closed and shoved it back into his pocket, "Hey, uh... Tough Love, was it? Can you drop this guy off at the station?"
@Xenonia he's in his civvies.
Probably Josuke. Why do you ask?
Ness' powers were healing, barriers, an instant kill and his special superattack. Primary damage dealer was Paula.

That being said I personally think it's a pretty cool idea for a character and there's no real need to nerf it. I think everyone can keep themselves in check. After all, we're all adults, aren't we?

Jack may have attempted this, but as he tugged, he found his hand enclosed in an iron grip of JUSTICE. Also, he was, you know, kind of a scrawny wimp. So, instead of walking out he just sort of tugged against the grip of a much larger and tougher guy.
"Come on, man.", Souta said, "You got that receipt under duress, everyone saw it. For that matter, you didn't even get it signed. That receipt holds no legal value, and you-", he looked up as a song began to play, a song which had no meaning to him or any of the patrons as it was in English and this was Japan.
"Excuse me, could someone change that radio?"
There was a click, and the song changed to something from the top 40.
"Thanks.", he looked back at Jack, "So, you won't apologize? Not a very nice thing to do, you know. Guess I'm just gonna have to call the police."
Souta pulled out his cellphone and dialed 1-1-9, placing it up to his ear as he held Jack's arm in his other hand. On hold. Looks like this call was gonna take awhile.
"So, hey.", Souta said nonchalantly to Jack as he waited for the operator to pick up, "You don't seem like you're from around here. What's your story, anyway?"
