We'll not use the animated version for this, but feel free to circle, exactly, where your bird is "keeping its distance" to the point that it can adequately conceal itself. As a side note, hiding is bushes is, despite what your animes may have taught you, actually fairly hard to do without being conspicuous. Please remember that it has to be able to both see and hear the entire order of events clearly with the senses of an average human. Then please answer my other questions.

Additionally, I take it you haven't ever seen a crow, or tarnished silver for that matter? Tarnished silver looks absolutely nothing like a crow's coloring, not to mention it catches the light differently.
So it's an ugly unpolished animate crow sculpture (I don't see any sculpting skills on Seyrun's sheet?) which is colored and textured nothing like any real crow in existence and logically should be incapable of flight due to being made of silver. Explain where it found cover on what, from the images I've seen, looks to be a hillside with nothing more than a well-trimmed lawn for cover where it could clearly see and hear what Lancer and Rasputin were doing. Also, feel free to explain why it has for the most part completely ignored Saber and her partner. Furthermore, please explain how it's going to tail Lancer when it's made of solid silver and Lancer is in a moving vehicle.

If you like, Rasputin could not kill it, but then your character will likely be significantly worse off. Also, when I took a look at your sheet (which I dislike doing since it usually leads to metagaming) and it says your character is lugging around a full-size boa constrictor made of solid silver on her shoulders? Do you understand how dense silver is? Also, I'm pretty sure the "alpine boa" isn't a real species of snake.

@KoL
That said, it was said to keep a distance in some regard, so it being directly in front of Rasputin's car such that it could be accidentally run over wouldn't be a thing.

I dunno, I mean, as far as I'm aware it's pretty much a totally bare hill where Rasputin and Lancer are at the top and Saber/Kurokiri are at the bottom in a parking lot being conspicuously ignored by Seyrun for undefined reasons, and there's nowhere to really hide even if Saber was somehow magically conjuring cars on a hill with only one small path that leads up to the church to hide behind while she strips. Hiding under the only piece of cover (Rasputin's car) in the surrounding area seems like a logical thing for the familiar to do if it wanted to remain concealed, especially considering if they're essentially just dumb animals when not commanded. On top of that, I don't see how a familiar could keep up with a car and actually "track" Lancer in any meaningful way, unless it's suddenly a cheetah or something.

I mean Seyrun can just make more anyway so it's not like it's a big deal and I've taken away super important irreplacable resources. KoL himself is already talking about how he'll soon be able to make special more powerwanky familiars that will presumably render the first familiars obselete anyway so I don't even really understand why he's getting mad about one of his objectively worse toys being broken here.
tfw compared to a fruit ;w;

Definiton four.
"Has anyone ever told you that you speak like tremendous boy-molesting fruit?"

Rasputin pulled out of the drive, the car giving an odd thump as Rasputin ran something over. If he had bothered to look back, he could have found a dead and much flatter stray cat. Also Seyrun's blindingly obvious, incredibly ugly silver hunk shich she called a familiar, but that was another story entirely.

"All the same, the Japanese will likely be out of our hair for a while, wondering how we plan to accomplish such a feat. They are simple creatures in this way. Now, first step in our master plan, you are needing some clothes. Taking care of one's appearance is the first step in making a miracle!"

Rasputin stopped to scratch his face, the irony of what he had just said completely lost on him.

"Now, essentially, here is the great Rasputin's brilliant master plan: I have no plan. What I do have, however, is a list of great evils that lay within this world. It is our duty as men of faith to purge these evils, and I am thinking the Fuyuki City church is being an excellent place to start, yes?", He held up a hand as if to stop something, "And before you are answering, this was rhetorical yes, so do not actually feel that you must be answering."

"Anything that isn't powerwank is morally wrong and Miyamoto Musashi was actually a huge loser." - Fate/Stagnant Apotheosis OOC, 2016
The counter to gaebolg is bad writing that makes it hit your shoulder.
So to clarify, playing a character that's literally a carbon copy of a servant is allowed, but playing a character that is figuratively a carbon copy is not?
Servants that are functionally just clones of canon Servants: Originality.

Okay.
Same reason you can't app someone like Caesar, because there's a canon incarnation.

But what about these two?
This has been bothering me for a while now.
