If the man's is asking for a ban, might as well give it to him. Good riddance.

The rest of Rian’s day passed by in unremarkable mediocrity; he settled himself into his new room, headed to the campus cafeteria for a meal, made use of the fitness facilities, and then turned himself in rather early to prepare for the next day. Though he shared greetings or chatted with several acquaintances, nothing on the scope of what happened at the arena occurred once more for him. ---- When he awoke, it wasn’t exactly as bright and early as some who knew of how he had spent his summer months might have expected. There was just enough time for Rian to get himself ready and head over to the cafeteria for breakfast. before arriving just in time for the first period of class. Stretching on his own accord as the class gathered and waited for the teacher, he tuned out the hushed whispers of those who had yet to be in physical education with him. Despite being rather physically fit, it was in a manner that was lithe and graceful, so it actually only emphasized his feminine appearance. After that came the more mundane courses that could be found in most schools in one form or the other around the world. Frankly it was a bit hard for him to pay attention given the way things were, but he pushed himself to focus through. Even then his attention wandered and Rian had to stop himself from dozing off a few times, often resorting to playing with his hair for simply something to do. ‘Come on… if any of them find out, they’re going to be annoyed.’ As he reminded himself for not the first time, the thought nonetheless gave him a bit of a push to sit up straighter and focus. After lunch when the Magic courses came around, Rian threw himself at the course and their materials as per usual. Utterly different from himself during the morning periods, his interest towards the supernatural when compared to the mundane was fairly obvious to anyone with functioning eyes. Though he wasn’t exactly enthusiastic during these periods, his contrasting mannerisms made it quite apparent that this was what he really looked forward to. ---- As classes came to a close, Rian followed his usual routine and wandered over to the lobby to look for an appropriate Special Assignment. Unsurprisingly, given it was the first day, there was quite the crowd already there to pick up whatever Assignments were being offered. A quick glance, from even the complete back of the crowd, let Rian tell there weren’t many he was interested in taking, and none he would have actively tried to pursue. He did see a few that he figured would be easy enough if he could find a willing group he could participate in. In fact… though it was a bit hard to tell given the crowd in his way, Rian thought he saw Hayato from yesterday closer to the holoscreen. The Knight had seemed amiable enough to Clerics and given he had healed the taller boy yesterday, Rian figured there was a good chance of being accepted to a “party”. Pushing his way through the crowd served to be plenty hard given his stature, and it was with some effort that he managed to arrive near the black-haired teen. Clutching at his chest, he sighed lightly as he managed to extract himself from the throng of students before he looked around. It seemed that Hayato wasn’t alone, but the whole gang from yesterday was around; even the blonde had been a spectator if he wasn’t mistaken. Taking a moment to smooth out his beige robes, he finally raised a hand in greeting towards the gathered students. **“Afternoon, don’t suppose any of you are interested in the D-Rank: Cockatrice Hunt Assignment?”**
Just a thought, but as an A-Rank, I doubt Hazel would be allowed to take missions with most of the other characters given they're all E or D (only know of Rian even then) ranks. Can't imagine the school would let her waste her skill with such easy missions/take away opportunity for those of an appropriate rack to gain experience.
Nodding slightly at Hayato, Rian readjusted the bags' position before making his way out of the room. Sighing as the automatic doors hissed shut behind him, he brushed his robes, getting rid of some dust near his legs, before turning about to reorient himself. It took a few moments as he tried to figure out where buildings were in relation to his position, but soon enough he was headed off towards the administration building to get things sorted out. It took a while to sort things out once he got there since, to his surprise, he had been assigned a room in the D-Rank dormitory despite his rank being conditional. There were also minor issues like some of the employees finding him "cute" or it hard to believe he was actually "male". Pausing by a window as he stared at the feminine reflection Rian sighed softly, brushing a lock of hair back into place, before continuing on his way. He'd gotten over the fact that he'd be mistaken for a girl rather shortly after he'd arrived at AcadeMMO. If he hadn't and had instead fussed over it, no doubt the "bullies" would have hounded him over it, amongst other things. As things stood though, for the moment at the least, there was little trouble for him on school grounds. His new dormitory didn't really look too different from the building he'd stayed in last year, and Rian took a moment to explore the exterior rather than head right in. It only took him a few minutes and it let him familiarize himself with the exits and entrances to his new home for the year. Heading in afterwards, he looked around at the lobby-like room that greeted him, taking in the details like the tables with couches seated around and notice boards hanging by one wall. At the moment it was fairly empty, though he waved in greeting to the few that glanced towards him.
Fine with the skip too. I can only assume we have a few EST people or close since I'm about to get some shut-eye now too.
Sighing softly as he just noticed the barely perceptible tilt of the senior's head, Rian hoped this would be the last time he'd have to deal with this particular situation. Twirling one of his hanging locks of hair, he glanced through the remaining spectators for a moment before looking away. Turning his attention back to the revived patient, the Cleric nodded as he watched Hayato test his arm, happy to see that everything seemed to be well. Clasping both hands in front of him, he gave a slight bow in reply to the greeting before answering softly. **"A pleasure, my name is Rian."** Raising his head he gave the Knight a small smile before sighing quietly under his breath once more. While the girl was correct, given how accessible medical care was on campus, Hayato's injury could have been pretty bad had it not been treated. Still, in the end there was no harm done so there no point in trying to make a fuss. **"Well if that's all I suppose I might see you two around then."** Rian gave them a few moments to respond if they wanted to, but otherwise he was planning to find his dorm and drop things off.
**"Ok then,"** he said dismissively, shrugging, as he turned to the more injured party. Evidently the girl had some issues with Magi, but that was her problem in the end. While a part of him did want to try her in the arena just to see if he could bring her down a peg, the larger part simply argued it wasn't worth it. If he did win she'd probably hold a massive grudge given him being a Cleric and if he lost... then yeah. **"As for you,"** he murmured softly to Hayato as he closed his eyes to better focus himself. Forgoing the incantation given he was in no rush, Rian simply let his mental focus shape and form the spell. Given the condition of his patient's arm he figured a double dose would be appropriate. The spell's signature green glow intensified as he poured more mana into it before the light began to dim and fade away. Opening his eyes, he brought a hand up to his chest and slowly exhaled. **"Should be all good now. Nice to see someone who doesn't turn down help."** Though he had his own share of Special Assignments, he wasn't being asked the question, so he didn't bother commenting. He did glance at the older student who was walking away, sighing in annoyance at his partng words.** "You think you could just drop it? Hayato here's been fixed up and injuries are inevitable when spars happen. I'd rather not get called in for something as small as this."** He hoped that the older student would see reason because otherwise his first day back would be off to a sour note.
Thanks to his rather flashy entrance, despite the looks, no one really tried to approach him when Rian headed towards AcadeMMO. The school grounds were basically unchanged and he took a moment to take it all back in before deciding to try and figure out where he would be dorming for the year. Before he could get started on that task a group of students rushed past him and nearly knocked him over had he not backpedaled quickly. A brief apology was made by one of them before he rushed off to join his compatriots, leaving Rian to wonder. He had only caught a bit of their conversation, but it seemed that the practice arenas were already being put to use on the first day. Shrugging, despite the weight of his bags, he figured it was something that was worth checking out; he’d probably also save the infirmary some work. While it was frowned upon, it was more often than not that students were injured in spars as they pushed themselves and got into the spirit of competition. Given his rather leisurely pace, by the time the doors hissed open for him the match seemed to be over. Glancing down into the arena, it wasn’t too hard to piece together what had happened. Walking up to the railing that separated the stands from the arena floor he made sure his bags were nice and secure, grabbing them with his hands, before he jumped onto the metal bar and then down. “Humph.” Grunting a bit as he bent to absorb the blow, he gave the oldest looking student a small wave and said, **“No need for that. Tell them there’s a Cleric on sight already.”** Turning his attention to the two combatants, Rian did raise an eyebrow as he eyed the shattered practice weapon. _‘Must have really been going at it.’_ He thought, though the opinion was kept to himself as he glanced between the two. **“Either of you want a fix-up?”** Getting consent was relatively important after all, given that he’d seen people flip out over all sorts of reasons. He’d quickly figured out getting permission was simply easier.
Uh... @Zeroth Hazel actually has combined stats of 65 compared to Hayato's 44.
Thanks for pointing it out. Was supposed to be 11.
The high pitched whine of the engine building up slowly grew and grew until it was a roar that drowned out everything. Strapped into the back of the VTOL Rian leaned forward from the seat and flashed the pilot a thumbs up before letting himself recline and relax with a smile as he was pressed down by the craft’s take-off. It was more than he had expected from them and he couldn’t help but feel happy they were willing to do this; a show of camaraderie apparently. He didn’t know how they managed to get authorization for such a thing and could only imagine it had involved a lot of paperwork at the minimum. As the aircraft rocketed forward, he could only hope that he could meet with them in less dire circumstances in the future. The flight passed in relative silence for Rian as he sat alone in the transport with his own thoughts. It had been a productive, enlightening, and exhilarating summer all in a high-strung and tense environment. With a sigh as it hit him that those months were now behind him, he perked up slightly as the intercom crackled to life. **“AcadeMMO in sight kid.”** Too bad there weren’t any windows for him to look out of though, he imagined the view from this on high would be pretty amazing. He was jerked upwards slightly as the plane began its descent though, and he collected his runaway thoughts and memories as he prepared to depart. It couldn’t have been more than a minute or two before a soft thump rocked the aircraft and the engines began to die down. The intercom came to life once more, informing him everything was good, and at that point he finally unstrapped himself from the seat. Of course, next came the slightly humiliating part where he had to wait for the pilots to also unstrap themselves. Given this was a combat transport, it wasn’t expected that people would be bringing things they couldn’t just carry on themselves. In Rian’s case though, the overhead compartments were needed and as things were he couldn’t really reach them without constantly jumping and making a fool of himself. A quiet chuckle had him glance unhappily towards the pair as they exited the cockpit area. 2nd Lieutenant Barlk and 1st Lieutenant Marley had been the ones to fly him over today, and the 2nd simply leaned against the door frame with a smug grin as the 1st came over to help him. **“Thanks,” **he muttered as he took the bags she’d pulled down from him, blushing a bit from embarrassment and irritation as she ruffled his hair. The fact that the Barlk was busy crowing from the stands didn’t help in the slightest. Grumbling as he slung the bags onto the shoulders, he nonetheless turned and bowed to both of them. Barlk gave him a genuine smile at that along with a wave and nod, while Marley ruffled his hair once more with a grin before nodding from him to get on his way. On the ground once more, he stepped back to a safe distance to watch the aircraft lift off. As the engines built up to the deafening roar, he raised a hand to shield his eyes from the generated wind. Giving a wave with the other as the plane spun around and rose, Rian watched as it got further and further, sighing when the noise was distant and fading. Shrugging his shoulders from his bags’ weight, he dismissed the glances and stares he was getting from some of the people that were present. A glance at his watch told him he had probably missed the ceremony and the new students were probably in the middle of their tours at the moment. He was a bit outside AcadeMMO at the moment and had some distance to go, so it all worked out.
