Current And maybe most people don't like getting a single line back in response to a few paragraphs? Like whatever floats your boat, but there's a reason Free exists.

If the man's is asking for a ban, might as well give it to him. Good riddance.

Then you'd just be crying about why it's permanent instead.

@Gnar The Missing Link Here's hoping third time's the charm.
Interest bottled, capped, and offered.
Might want to post it here for approval first and then move it there afterwards.

He might have looked towards the wasted food if it weren’t for the fact that his Goddess seemed most irritated at him. Yeah… he had definitely fucked up with the choice to use her gift. Like a scolded child, because really that’s what he basically was at this point, he followed after her into the Coliseum wordlessly and with a grimace. This was bound to be unpleasant…

He couldn’t hear everything that she muttered, but it seemed that his dumb idea wasn’t the only problem she had to deal with at the moment. He sighed, unable to really feel cheerful at the moment, and simply resolved to try and move past this incident as soon as he could.

... If he's a pacifistic monk, wouldn't Vishnu make far more sense for him?

Also @Dawn, made some edits to the last post, so a response should be possible?
Thinking bout it.
Well, time to fire up the interest factory and set output to max.

I will swoop in like a vulture to claim that spot if no one has any objections and Vrrak is certain.
I have a burning few questions about summoning....

<Snipped quote>

I'm a bit confused by the difference of called and commanded. Does this mean that as a summoner you can technically call a spirit you have found but there is no guarantee they'll show up or no guarantee they'll listen to anything you say when/IF they do show up?

Also, what repercussions are there to a broken covenant? Besides the spirit's disobeying it's summoner, is there more than one way to break the covenant?

<Snipped quote>

So, with there being only 8 elements (water, air, soil, wood, fire, lightning, ice and gravity) does that mean there are only 8 spirits to be called in the whole world? Also, if there are more than 8, are there not spirits of different tiers or are they all on the same level? (Like a little dust bunny spirit (for a comical examples) compared to a hurricane spirit). Just wondering how it works if there are only 8, since I'm sure there must be hundreds of summoners.

A summoner can call a spirit to its side, but can't actually force it to do anything from how it reads. The more one honors the covenant the more the spirit will be willing to do for the summoner. Of course there's probably certain actions that spirits will refuse to do and will probably strain the relationship between spirit and summoner. Presumably if a summoner pisses off the spirit enough it'll probably just kill them.

The spirits don't seem to be limited in number of contacts given they're living representatives of the natural world. No idea if they rule over lesser spirits though.
