I'm here now. Was out visiting family. Working on my post now.
I'm assuming we're waiting on Automaton to edit his post. I'll post shortly after.

Yeah, spitting at a guard would probably make him attack you and heckle you, but not cause an army to come in. I think Cyrus's tackle and choke kind of tipped em off and made riot guards come in.We can break open other cells and cause a gigantic break riot, thus allowing us easy escape, but the main control for all the cells are on a different sector. We can just tear open individual cells on the way however.

Would this allow other people to play? (My brother is immensely interested.)
Larfleeze, you might want to edit your post since it came out after mine.
Luciana watched as chaos broke loose in the room, her eyes darting back and forth as blood splattered in every which direction. And then it happened. One of them targeted Danny, swinging their fist into his mask. The sound of the glass shattering splintered up her spine. A secondary swing and the gush of blood that accompanied it was all it took.

Her eyes glazed over and her sullen face instantly became rigid and stoic. Her fingers began to crackle from the energy as her hands curled up into fists. Her chest was heaving from her breathing as the raw emotion Luciana had pent up in camaraderie with Danny had now translated to sheer rage in the form of Luci. Inhaling sharply, she let out a bloodcurdling scream her arms stretched outward palms facing the other side of the room. The force of her power behind her hands causing the bodies on the ground to twitch as various other bones were snapped. The guards that were lucky enough to still be alive were thrown across the room and the Super Humans, unless expecting the snap from her, would most likely lose their balance and be thrown at least part way across the room.

Her strides were short and yet, she was across the room in a instant. It was as if the air around her was lighter. It was similar to the feeling of quickly walking when one would get off of a treadmill. As if ones steps took them further. She was face to face with Dannys killer. Her hand was cocked back as if to throw a punch, her hand open palmed, looking more like she was preparing to choke him. The air around him would become thicker, making his movements slowed but leaving enough room to squirm before her. "Hello there. I don't believe we've met."
"If I can see it, I can kill it."

Name: Rina "Safety Net" Blunt

Race: Human

Age: 28

Gender: Female

Appearance:

Biography: Born May 23, 2255 in the New California Republic to a traveling trader (Marissa Nuevarro) and an NCR Ranger (Samuel Blunt). She spent her early years with her mother traveling along the caravan routes. When her mother passed she joined the New California Republic Army by taking the last name of her father and became enlisted at the age of 16.

She was noted to have exceptional marksmanship and the fortitude to follow any orders given. She joined the 1st Recon regiment at the age of 19 and was noted for serving with distinction despite her foul mouth and blunt honesty.
During this time she earned the designation of "Safety Net" for completing every mission she was assigned to with no losses of life among her partners.

She was promoted to the NCR Ranger regiment after serving only two years in 1st Recon. She became one of the youngest female rangers in NCR history due to her skill and perhaps her family ties. Regardless she worked hard to get where she was and successfully completed the necessary training, becoming a fully recognized ranger.

She spent the next five years assigned to the NCR Mojave Outpost. (more to follow)

After the 2nd battle of Hoover Dam she continued take assignments from higher up, as well as accepting monetary bounties that were freely open. She continued to operate on the border of the Mojave Desert.

She is extremely competitive and enjoys drinking anything of the Whiskey variation. As long as its on the rocks, she'll drink it. Given that they aren't actually rocks, you know. Beers are known to be acceptable if there is no available Whiskey. Despite all her kinks, she is a soldier to the bone, having the appropriate amount of backbone to both take and dish out orders as necessary.

Specialization:
Strength: 4
Perception: 8
Endurance: 4
Charisma: 3
Intelligence: 7
Agility: 9
Luck: 6

Traits

Small Frame - Rina is small standing at only 5'3" and 118 lbs. What she lacks in durability she makes up for in agility.
(This traits grants +1 to agility but reduces durability overall)

Skills

Guns - Rina is exceptionally comfortable in the use of most conventional firearms, from pistols to rifles. However, she lacks the strength to wield weapons such as miniguns and the impressive anti-material rifle. She is absolutely deadly at long range, and if she can see it she can kill 9 out of 10 times.

Sneak - While by no means a master thief Rina is well versed in the concept of stealth, often taken careful attention to silently remove targets while remaining undetected to gain a vantage point. However, she is no master of close-quarters combat (especially unarmed) and will go out of her way to avoid CQC situations.

Survival - Rina is used to 'roughing' in the wastes and is more than familiar to surviving off the land.

Others- Rina abhors the use of energy based weapons preferring the familiarity and smells of ballistic based weapons. She has limited experience with explosives, mostly grenade use, from her basic training when she first joined the NRC army. She prefers to stay away from their use as they draw too much attention. She has enough knowledge to pick simple locks and decrypt basic computer systems. She is very experienced in maintaining her own equipment, especially her weaponry and has limited ammo crafting knowledge (basic ammunition types only). She cannot craft her own .308 ammunition, her most used and favored.

Other: She's overtly homosexual and gets along with men more than women. She also has a canine companion by the name of "Acosador", the Spanish word for "Stalker". Acosador is a Canaan Dog and is fiercely loyal to her, protecting Rina with his life if need be.

Weapon list:

Combat Knife

Paciencia, a modified hunting rifle with scope and a 5-round loading magazine. (See here.)

A .45 Auto Pistol

A pipboy 2500a, designed with a larger and wider screen than the 2000's. The 2500, unlike the 3000, operates using a series of (visible) vacuum tubes and boasts a more classic design. The multitude of buttons on the Pip-Boy 2000 were condensed into 3 buttons, each of which house 5 sub-sections for neater navigation. This interface was carried over to the latest Pip-Boy 3000 unit. It was passed down her family line, part of which descends from previous vault dwellers. It clips to her belt.

Working on CS now. Was traveling.
Luciana shuddered as the blood spattered from the mans neck onto her face, forcing her to stifle the taste of vomit rising up her throat . Out of the corner of her eye, she could see one of the recently entered guards in riot gear near the door, flipping a switch on his talkie at his waist, before lifting it to his mouth. She couldn't make out what was being said but, seconds later, a bright red light lit up above the door. Quickly, a single guard in bulky armor entered the room before the door closed behind him with a loud series of clicks. The door had been locked and she was now trapped in this room. With these Psychotic men. With Superpowers.

Slowly, she forced herself to some semblance of standing, sliding her back up the wall with her arms wound tightly around her. She just wanted to be back in her cell, curled up with a book. Why did she have to be here for community time? Surely, they would kill all the guards. Would they kill her too? Would they try to rape her before hand? Savages often did that after winning a battle, didn't they? The bulked out guard lifted a megaphone to his lips, projecting his voice from behind the sea of guards. "Stop your attack. I am here to negotiate. Cease your efforts and allow me to try and help you." It was Danny. She was sure of it from his tone and instantly, she wished for him to be out of here, out of this room. One of the people in this room would want nothing more than to kill him.
Luciana pulled her legs into her chest as the guards crowded the large man on the ground in the center of the room. Another man began to choke a guard and she bit her lower lip, before she cried out "Leave us alone!" her voice having more bite to it than her disgruntled face would imply. A guard pulled away from the man in the center of the room and stormed across to her. "Shut up, bitch!" he shouted, as at least 12 other guards stormed into the room wearing riot gear, having somehow known about the rising tension in the room. Were there cameras in here? Secret cameras perhaps? I guess a Maximum Security prison would have those implemented.. she frantically thought.

The guard in front of her looked down to a black box on his belt, a red light beeping along with a sharp annoying sound. "Shit. Their bracelets are down. Neutralize them. NOW!" He ordered, raising the barrel of his stun gun and pointing it directly at Luciana's chest.
Luciana watched as more of the men in the room began to gravitate towards the small group in the corner, leaning around an image one of the men had been working on when she first entered. Her attention drifted to the bookshelf off to the left, her face lighting up as she excitedly rose from her chair and strode across the room. Without a second thought, she grabbed a book from the top shelf, turning her attention to the man plucking the strings of a guitar. She smirked, tilting her head to the side, listening to the soft rise and fall of the melody.

Carrying the book close to her chest, she strides over to the red haired man and lowers herself beside him without a word. She knew she'd never be able to concentrate on reading with music playing in the background. But it was not unpleasant and so, she decided to enjoy it for the time being. She could always read back in her cell.

The annoying clack of boots broke her attention up and towards the door. Six guards positioned themselves around the room, one of them grumbling that half of the 'monsters' in the room shouldn't have been given permission to be there, arguing to himself about stupid humanity laws. Her eyes recognized Jared, posted closest to the door. Why were they in here? Were they going to rough them all up? Luciana sincerely hoped not.
