Guild WOTM (ever since it was called WOTW) is a democratic system in which the candidates are anonymous and the votes are public.


....well actually that's not *entirely* true, because for a while at least the voting was conducted via anonymous poll, but that was quickly corrupted. So since like, idunno, WOTM5, it's been this way. It's sort of remarkable when you think about it.
