I see. Maybe you shouldn't have spoiled what was coming by saying that Lord Rain was wrong about thinking he would easily win the battle, but that was still a good post either way.

Just don't turn this into WoW, where random drunkards (that often happen to be pandas) can just run around as one man armies. I don't know why, but the way you said "really, really angry mayor" made me picture a grotesquely fat man with a monocle hobbling around bashing people to death with a beer mug. I should probably get some sleep before I go even more crazy...

It's not that long. I'm in another RP where every post is a massive collab, and with just 15 IC posts I think it was almost at 40k words. Getting behind reading multiple posts is a death sentence.

Enter a little internal conflict, at the most inconvenient time. Clearly Murphy's Law exists on Elysium too. Not that Clotho could have actually tapped into the hivemind present among her troops; she'll be limited to issuing verbal commands like a standard despot for the foreseeable future.

Any guesses from Bbeast or Cyclone who the voice might belong to?

Hmm, that last snippet that the voice said makes me suspect the Devourer. If the Devourer becomes a part of this picture, it might have implications on the plot we laid out...

Anyway i have to apologise for my absence, it has been a very stressful period and writing was the last on my to do list..still kindof stressed but i do have an obligation to this rp now and ill try to do my part as best i can

Welcome back, Dawnon. I can help you with doing something, but first I need something cleared up. In your post, are you next to Opes Fluvium or next to your Dungeon? It's a bit ambiguous, and you can't be next to both given a separation of 250km.

But at the same time he had just walked out of his Heart.

For the Tormenter, your latest Construct, I would think that the crimson light of the sun would slightly mitigate the blinding effects of sunlight. It's not as if it is dim or anything, but red light is a lot less intense than white light. Just a small consideration.
