Not exactly true. Kenzy doesn't like shitty people. Rapists, thieves, murderers, etc, are quickly dealt with within the Airport.

But, murderers rapists and thieves tend to have to hide that they are those things, so it's not like their presence is impossible.

And yes, maybe I do have a personal problem, I'll seek help.

Impossible to act bad while the Airport and Kenzy stand, at least, is the point.
