Is it too late to join? I absolutely love the time period and subject matter you're going with. I'm already writing a book based on the same kind of thing (except it's from the POV of one of these war criminals in Africa) and I'd absolutely love to participate, if at all possible.

Hey, guys... sorry for the absence on my end, I haven't been able to get on because I haven't had a computer to use (mine was stolen, along with 90% of the possessions in my apartment) so I'm briefly visiting my parents place and just giving you a heads up that it could be another week until I can afford a new one. I apologize for the delay and really wish I didn't have to inconvenience such a great story but I think it's a reasonable excuse. lol

I was at work when the robbery took place, the building I'm in only has two floors and four apartments (I live on the ground floor) so there's reason to believe the culprits might know me enough to know that I wouldn't be around. Apparently, I'm not the only person in my town that has been robbed in the last couple of weeks, so there might be some hope that these robberies are related. Just waiting to hear back from the detective.

As for insurance, it honestly never occurred to me that as a tenant I could insure personal property. Given my finances I put a lot of things on the back-burner.
