Ah welcome to our small town, I will be your guide today, it may seem scary at first but im sure we will be friends in know time.
Just a few things we need to clear up.
Whenever an argument begins, resort to the foetal position until a thread official (Outcast) calms down the situation.

That doesn't really matter though. The fact is, you generally don't just sit through a neighbor getting annexed.

Mexico would be smart to not honor their alliance to the Allies; in fact warring powers in Europe is probably the best thing for Mexico as nobody cares about her debt at the moment.

They have a navy and vast armies... The government before me tied there hands in regards to the debt and honestly I'd rather not have British or French soldiers landing on the beaches of Mexico and the coalition nor the union can do anything to stop them I'm afraid. Would I rather have a couple tyrants 3,000 miles away or 3,000 tyrants one mile away.

I'm slightly concerned about Cuba and Puerto Rico; I would be more concerned about Guam and The Philippians if China and/or Japan officially entered the war. The Dominican Republic is low priority, if I lose it I lose it.

They are calling upon my aide, if I break my treaty they are within whatever right do what they will... I made the decision for this Faustian pact and honestly I may have to live with my decision.

They owe France and GB tons of money.
IRL France invaded.
In this thread though we decided to give them 15 years to pay half or they become a colony.

By tons...he means that altogether Mexico owed like something over a Billion....which in this time period...yeah.

Look at it in a good light. Some European powers are stuck in the war and can't reach their colonies. It'll be easy to take them down, and hell, you may get an island. You could totally attack the Dutch colonies in either Asia or the Caribbean. Or the Spanish colonies in the Caribbean.

Although I'll assume you won't attack Asia because it's way harder to reach.
