Considering that multiple people can't use IRC, and the ten user limit is both higher than normal attendance for the chat and also only counts non-registered guests, I'd recommend that people continue to use the Chatzy.

This update's deadline has already come and gone. I don't know if Narco sent any orders in, but if he did, I'm guessing his may be counted. Otherwise you should talk to Stein about letting you send orders in since you came in so late.

So, update on... The update. I have sent Dutch everyone's orders and subsequent rolls. The written update for Asia, Africa, and the Americas are done. Now I just need to do the written stuff for Europe and then update the ENTIRE thing with the results of your rolls at the bottom and we will be done. Expect the update late tonight or in the morning since at the moment I am about to go to a Dinner-Party for a friend's birthday.

Um. For an international army the USA was not so supportive. In protecting interests, that is where the USA is supportive.

If you're committing forces, which you are, then you're pretty much already contributing to the "international army".

That said, it looks like our Eight-Nation Alliance will either fall short of eight, or surpass it (since Portugal joined it in the RP). It's hard to say without everyone stating they'll take part in an IC message. But so far it's looking like it'll fall a bit short of eight.

Don´t worry, I did not mean exactly "support for an international army", but rather support to an intervention to protect European interests.

I think Aegon's just misinterpreting what was meant by "international army". Russia proposed an international force to go and fight the Boxers. It's not a long-lasting alliance or anything like that. It's an international force to go squash the Boxers. After that, everyone goes their separate ways. We're not permanently allying or merging our forces or something.

Just so you all know. The update is more or less written, I am just collecting pictures and editing. I may stop for a bit to eat and relax but expect the update in the next few hours. I am hoping to get into contact with Dutch and get all the stats so I can add them to the fancy filler-text.
