Well if people are playing children, and playing them properly, surely that just means all the adult characters are gunna take charge? I just feel like if the colony is splitting up, the young ones would be forced to stay behind where its safer? I don't mind it, but my character just won't let kids risk their lives for stupid reasons. (Plus I can't stand Carl in the TV show)

Hey, with the influx of children, I am changing Ryan Matthews to be a teenager, since we seem to have a severe lack of them.

Character Sheet
69?
Name: earl stone

Age: 48

Height: about average hight (sorry, I'm terrible with measurements

Weight: he is slightly over weight

Equipment: hiking boots. Sunglasses. A hiking pack. Basic climbing gear (ropes and stuff). Binoculars.

Weapons: A small climbing axe

Previous Occupation: earl was a climbing instructor. (Does this need more detail)

Appearance: he has always had dark grey hair, but it has recently become a lot more scruffy. He has blue eyes, and big bushy eyebrows. His beard matches his hair, but is cut a lot more frequently. (I will try to find a picture soon, but I don't think it will work on this iPad)

Bio: earl was at work when it all started. He and his colleagues had heard it on the news, and had decided to fortify the place. They remained in the nearby area for almost a year since, but lack of supplies eventually forced them out. The 12 of them packed up what supplies they had and set out. It seemed that the young and strong members of the group seemed to take control, but rash decisions often caused people to get killed. They were down to 5 members and tensions were running high, and so earl decided he would be better to head off on his own. About a month later he came across a group of survivors on a farm...

If the kids stay behind and all of the adults go to Canada, the kids will all be toast before the adults even get to Canada. And aren't we going to Canada because of the possibility that it could be safer than the farm.

So, I've already started on my character and I still am looking for three people to discus a certain idea for the story with.

I have a kid but also he has an older brother who is an adult who helped him. But with so many kid survivors it's make it unrealistic. And to add I hate Carl too xP

As far as i'm concerned you're fine, but i'm not the GM so it's not my decision to make. Just don't forget to put a 69 in bold in your CS as a sign that you've read the rules. :) Same goes for the rest that didn't put one.

Actually by the looks of things, it's been 2 days since our GM has last been on the site. I hope she will show up soon.

And I hate Carl too. One of the things I couldn't stand about him was the fact that when it all started he was nothing but a scared little kid that knew nothing of self protection. I found it stupid that in just a couple of months that kid was already a very efficient killer and was handling that 1911 like it was an extension of his hand. It takes time and patience to properly master a firearm. I think that the makers of the TV Series have gone a little overboard with him.

Wait, is that what the 69 is for? I read it at the end of the rules, but I didn't understand. What's rule 96?

69 is a magical number that when put at the top of a cs, grants the character a magical unicorn which can be used to hunt down flying pineapples.

I have no idea what FreeStep meant with rule 96 and it's pretty obvious that the 69 posted somewhere in our CS is a way for the GM acknowledge that we've read the rules and that we didn't bypassed them just because rules suck! :) Alot of GM's use this method, in case you haven't noticed already. Some use a certain word, while some use a number like in this case.
