I usually need between 20 and 50 mins per nation when I write an update. So it's a bit of work, yeah.

You people only have experience with written updates from Outcast. Those aren't too hard, I think. But I had to research quite a bit for my writings.


It's my understanding that these typically run on weekly basis, though. Plus, Stein has continually promised it would be up at X time, and then it hasn't. I think it is mainly the second point that people are getting frustrated with.

I guess it depends on the amount of work a GM wants to put into his/her game. That said, when somebody sets a deadline for something, you usually expect them to meet that deadline, or at the very least, the postponed deadline.

I'm losing faith here. Do we have any alternatives?

As soon as Dutch is back in the Netherlands a update will be up. Another word of 'coup' even as a joke and the player that says it will be having a chat with me. I will not take disrespect regardless of my conduct, I am the GM and that is final, Dutch is still my Co-GM and assistant writer, so you will listen to his word as law unless I say otherwise as well.

Well, the 'coup' was a joke, not serious and it started because you haven't posted in a week or so. You don't need to get out the ban hammer yet.
