As the boys approached the light Rin noticed the water start to ripple.
"well i hope your ready for thi-" but before Rin could finish his sentence a huge Earth Golem standing at least 20ft tall charged from the Shadows and tried to tackle the boys, Rin only just managed to dodge the beast.
"il get the door you distract him!!" Rin shouted as he attempted to unlock the first door.

Sol wrapped wind magic around his legs to increase his speed and dashed towards the golem and cut the back of one its legs hoping that would hamstring it "Guess i get the hard job" Sol shouted as he dashed away attemping to lead the golem away from Rin.

the golem dropped to one knee as Sol slashed at it but just as easily as it went down roots appeared around its wound and it healed. At this point Rin was in a trance trying to unlock the door, also his familiar had appeared and ran over to Sol waiting for a command.
The golem picked up a huge boulder and launched it at Sol in a fit of anger.

As Sol swung his sword he blasted it with wind giving it a deadly edge and slashed the boulder in half. As the fragments crashed to either side of him he jumped onto the golems chest and sliced through its neck, before kicking backwards off the golem to see if it could regenerate that.

"I got it!" Rin shouted as the door creaked open, "hows it going with the gol-" and again rin was cut off mid sentence but this time by the sight of a recently severed golem head falling to the floor.
"how did you know where to cut it?" asked rin in amazement as he pulled the door fully open and signaled for sol to join him.

Sol grinned "Decapition works on most things, it's the things it doesn't work on that you have to be worried about. In any case i think we can count that as trial one" he stated as he headed into the doorway

rinion smiled "i knew bringing you would be a good move" he said as they both stepped through the doorway and into a large hallway lined on both sides by books, in the center however was a large green arcane sphere glowing and twisting with energy. At the other end was a large stair case leading to another level.
"i guess we carry on then" rin said as he browsed some of the books while he walked.

Meruin wandered around some more. After her initial meeting with another student(?) she couldn't find anyone else. She hardly had time to respond to him/her/it as she was catching her breath. She felt tired from just walking a few dozen meters - this was a normal thing for her, sadly.

Delilah sighed as she leaned back in her seat, she needed a soda. Standing she shrugged off her lab coat and hung it on the rack next to the door. She wiggled her wings a bit and then started walked through the halls towards the vending machine. Walking down a couple flights of stairs she got to the first floor where she came across a girl who was obviously struggling. She didn't recognize the girl so she reasoned she must be another newbie!

She walked over ad asked, "Hey, are you okay hun?"

Zaria followed the boys past a golem fight which, thankfully, went rather well. The next hall was more of library of sorts, its walls lined with books and scrolls. She used a propulsion spell circle to launch her on top of the book cases. Zaria watched the two boys from above.

Senia smiled brightly, putting her hair up in a ponytail.
"No worries, Slick, it was my pleasure, if there is anymore I can do for you, just let me know, alright?" She replied while she picked up her leftovers and threw them away.

"Actually *pant* I was looking for *pant* my dorm, but," Meruin took a deep breath, "the nurse office sounds good *wheeze* - and please *pant* do. I don't think I can *wheeze* stand as of now." She couldn't even feel her toes.

"I weigh precisely 84.4 pounds," panted Meruin conversationally. Once Delilah spread her wings, the small (4'6) magician gasped in surprise. "Hwah!? H-hey, w-what're you doing-?"

Delilah laughed as she landed lightly on the window frame and stepped into her room. They were in the office side and she set Meruin gently on the bed, "And here we are. Sorry to surprised you like that, I just wanted to see what your face would look like." she giggled happily as she put her labcoat back on before going to her filing cabinet and pulling out Meruin's file.

"I - I see. Suffice it to say that I am quite shocked," she said, before blinking. "You *cough* even temporarily made me forget I wa -*cough* was no feeling well . . ."
