Okay. I'm back sorry about the wait I've been busy with work and such, but i should be able to concentrate more now. As to answer questions. I will be posting the OOC shortly which.. Will basically just be the interest check moved into the OOC area. I am accepting "Draconians." I hate to tell you stryder, but no one is controlling any factions. You can create factions to be interacted with by your character, but i'd prefer no one playing leaders of any factions and thus having quite a bit of power to toss around. (This rule is only pertaining to character creation. ONCE the RP has started etc, characters may go around and recruit other PCs and NPCs build their own faction, but no leading a faction in the beginning. )

I got an idea for the race in general as a more tribal but high architectural and religious race. You'll see what I mean when I finish up the race faction thing...

But over all my character is more-so going to be a traveling dragonshaman
