That's a fantastic quote to have out of context.

I think I'll sig it. It fits my current set of deep space planet future gun action.

Actually, there's a real easy way to settle this: Take a 10th grade science class.
If you try to spin this as your attempts at Trolling? Then you're even more pathetic than if you were really just that ignorant.

Don't you know they don't teach about guns in school?

Hah, thanks.

I've actually gone back to this gif several times before on the old Guild. It's just so hard to let go of.

I'm not a Trigun fan but this makes me want to watch this or re-watch Bebop. I'm all about the Bebop, though.

I do believe you are missing the point:The oxygen for the reaction is contained within the powder itself. The reaction does not rely on oxygen in the atmosphere at all. If it tried to? It wouldn't work, because there is not enough volume in a cartridge case for both sufficient powder, AND air, to operate at the same efficiency.

Well technically 'oxidizing agent,' typically saltpetre, which contains the element Oxygen in a nitrous molecule.

Trigun and Cowboy Bebop just seem to compliment each other so well.

They both released in the same year, have the same number of episodes, and while one has a bounty hunter as the main character, the other has an outlaw.

It's like they beg to be crossed over; so that's a fun thing to think about.

Also they both have awesome action, awesome characters and awesome music.

They're just both great animes, and Trigun is probably my favorite anime of all time. I totally recommend it.

Well shit... they are two peas in a pod.

That's good because I'm real picking about anime.Bebop has to be one the greatest series (anime or TV) I have ever watched but I just can't get fired up about any other anime. I'll give Trigun a try, though.

Oh yeah, Bebop's definitely on my top favorites list, too. Certainly fantastic; won't argue with you there. Trigun still tops it in my book, though.

Alright. I'll search around for a Trigun stream or something after I finished Breaking Bad.

All the episodes are on Funimation's Youtube channel (both sub and dub) in pretty good quality, if that makes things easier.

Just as an FYI, there IS oxygen in space. But it's more like singular oxygen molecules (O2) in a vacuum as opposed to a vast gradient of O2/O3 as found in our atmosphere.
