Taking a cue from SyrianHamster I'm thinking of having a few news flashes from around Gurska before each post, with maybe a little narrative from some of my major players. Will try and have something up soon-possibly sending ambassadors to to bordering nations.


Feel free to do it however you want. I usually roleplay my nation from various perspectives from different key characters such as the President or some important soldiers or something. I really don't mind how you format your IC post as long as its readable.

Hey Senor Herp. I got an idea that the Kong and Arkil sort of ignored each other for long time due to cultural and natural barriers so contact was limited orignally. Would it be cool if an airship envoy was arriving in the capital to formally establish relations?

I had some ideas about the relations between Arkil (and the historically balkanized region that preceded it) and the Kong, actually, and maybe some relations-normalization. I'll PM you what I've been bouncing 'round my head.

The change in tech level kinda put my NS progress at a standstill, it seems I won't end up being able to catch up.

I can help you on that and it doesn't really matter right at this moment during the introduction stage. People just to get some posts up so we can keep this rolling. Trust me, you'll be able to catch up.

The issue for me was more that I had to redo about a week and a half's worth of work, research and theorycrafting because of the sudden tech change. It sorta drained me, considering the effort I had already put into this was mostly thrown out.

Well like I said, after taking a look at your NS, I can very easily help you in getting your nation up to speed in a reasonable amount of time so you can RP properly.

Of course, if you just simply lost interest in the RP, that's fine to. I get it. Just tell me if that's the case or you still want to be apart of this.

Nothing, just in the early days of this RP it was supposed to be set in the early 1800s as opposed to the current Pre World War I era. Nothing that should concern you.
