@Rare: The population of Schleswig-Holstein is not mostly Prussian. It's German, but not specifically Prussian. That said, your people really like sensationalizing the news :P

Well, Prussia did kind of flush the London Protocol down the toilet, so unless the UK and France are chill with their treaties being tossed aside, I don't see them siding with Prussia/Austria. They might not side with us either, but I would give it a slightly (although an insignificant) greater chance for them to side with the Scandinavians. But most likely in a way like in the First Schleswig War.

My point is the likelihood of the UK and France joining is relatively low. It's WiR, so who knows, but it's unlikely. France has already expressed its opinion and it's one of neutrality. The UK hasn't said anything about it, but I doubt they'll join on either side. In real life, I think the UK had ships in the area, but they were just there to guard some interests they had or something.

We are currently in the year 1861, game-time. Bismarck did not become Prussian foreign minister until November of 1862. Unless I missed his inauguration as foreign minister.

Given the specific events which eventually led to him becoming foreign minister, then minister president, and the fact that he was hated by a great many people in key positions, I would have thought it is.

But in any case, point is, do warn us before changing your ministers.

Just sayin', this whole thing by the UK is coming in a bit late. I mean, we already sent our war orders in and the deadline's passed. It's kinda like issuing the statement while the parties are already shooting each other.

EDIT: But I am willing to negotiate before an update is written.
