It's a cutting from a dwarf jade plant, not in the best condition, but I think it'll revitalise. I planted it and plan to turn it into a bonsai. Its Afrikaans name is the Spekboom, meaning 'bacon plant', because its leaves are edible and mildly flavoursome, even if they taste nothing like bacon. Any suggestions?

It's a brought-together form of its genus and species P. afra (At least I hope Wikipedia's not failing me on this); Not to say this makes the name any better, though. Glad you like the title!
