That's assuming the missile attacks aren't dulled by anti-missile defense systems. But with different species with various paths of technological advancement and military doctrine, it's diffcult to assess who can destroy who.

Hives have 1 offensive and defensive weapon; carapace armored egg pods. They do everything. Shotgun minigun style.
Edit; well, they do have their smog-gas which is radiated gunk mixed with oxygen and hydrogen and other things, it's the give off from how the Hive's create oxygen for themselves and the Esurienti that infest them when in space. But I doubt radiated smog would do much even if they expelled all of it.

The whole idea with my species is that it has a really tiny navy but is compensated by these awe inspiring but limited missiles capable of destroying an aggressor or two. I need to shrink both

Not to sound rude, Duck, but if you're going to take a quote from yourself and have it as your signature, you may want to have everything spelled correctly.
