If I read the Senate update right, here is my new army, divided into two Legions. It said I get an extra thousand men, so I split them up among the two sub-legions.

Spurii Romanae

Sub-Legion I
"Spurius Nouam"
New Bastards

Hastati: 1200
Principes: 1350
Triarii: 750
Velites: 1200
Equestrians: 1200
Total Soldiers: 5,700

Sub Legion II
"Veteres Spurium"
Old Bastards

Hastati: 1200
Principes: 1250
Triarii: 1250
Velites: 1000
Equestrians: 400
Total Soldiers: 6,000

I meant an extra thousand men per legion :)

EDIT: So, every legion you have from now on has a 6,000 troop capacity. It's a small gesture, but I wanted to make it known that your Legatus is a popular option for aspiring soldiers.

May I assume the consular legions follow the 1200 velites, 1200 hastati, 1200 principes, 600 triarii 300 equites pattern?

Updated profile, now encompassing two legion's worth of troops, and also touched up on my soldiers of note and updated a bit more as well ^-^

You may. I left the topic vague by mistake, but in my mind they were always 'default' legions as far as their layout went. You can name them if you want.

All are to prevent Hannibal from crossing and rearguard for Scipio in his retreat if he comes your way. Send frequent scout parties to see if he's looking to cross anywhere

Western half of river Arno detachment: Byrd/Jangel, Byrd commanding.
Eastern half of river Arno detachment Dedonus
Rubicon river, Rubicon-Arno gap (there is a small gap between the Rubicon and Arno head waters) detachment: My four legions and Lancer

Appenine reserve, to come to east Arno or Rubicon defense: Jiwon

Magna Graecia garrison, in case Phillip tries something or the Oscans want to revolt: Phoenix

Shouldn't we be invading Spain at some point? If I recall correctly, the Romans were fighting Hannibal and the Carthaginian forces in Spain simultaneously.
