I can be co-gm. I've done it before for other roleplays. My job also gives me a leadership position so I've had good practice. As long as you don't mind having someone slightly strict and OCD who will try to kindly correct any glaring mistakes in posts. And while I can't post as often as some I can still access the site on my phone and keep an eye on things.

I had an issue like this in my last RP that I GMed. The most active users would complain that they had to wait and the ones (like myself) who have busy schedules ended up lagging behind. The way I handled it was to enforce a rule that everyone had to wait for at least three people to post in order to post again almost like a post order but not as strict. It seemed to work out and that RP had about eight people.

It's cool man, I'd rather have it that you're honest about it.It's good, you can be my co-GM. Basically whenever I'm going to be away, I'll PM you a bit about the plot moving forward if the RP is near a plot point, you can post the plot stuff in the IC when the time is right and go right into it.
