It was cold as hell.

A thin layer of pure white powdery snow descending from the sky was the first thing to greet Fuchsia when he appeared on the right-side platform of the massive tiger adorned arena, placed square in the middle of ice covered mountains stretching as far as the eye could see. He pouted. There was not enough snow on the ground near him to build a snowman. Oh well, he'd think of something. The arena was neatly designed, with tall gray stone walls, red flags waving off the top of the occasional tower. Two platforms were elevated slightly above the ground in the middle of a cleared space, with two large tiger statues carved out of solid rock with what appeared to be wooden, no, bronze decorative linings. At the far end of the arena, behind a wall and facing the two platforms, was a much larger tiger statue of humongous size and similar design. Whoever lived here, or used to live here, had a big hard-on for the fierce feline.

"So. As I was saying." One of the skull-bombs mumbled, clearly posh, "There is just no way some no-name guy could have walked into the ninth layer and escaped with his life. I mean, have you seen the type of people-.. Err, you know, fellas, guarding that place? Nastiest piece of work you'll ever meet, believe you me. I've seen drawings of them with my own two eyes" It nodded it's head slightly up and down. "But Nathan.." the other Skull-bomb responded with a thick Russian accent. "You not have eyes." - They stared at each-other for a moment. "Oh that is just hilarious. You're -such- a comedian Gregor." Nathan-Bomb said, heavily sarcastic. "Thank you." Gregor-bomb replied, the sarcasm bouncing right off him. "Oh for the love of-.." Nathan-bomb groaned - "Please be quiet." Fuchsia interrupted them. It was really hard finding good, quiet skullnades nowadays. After being reduced to a head with a highly limited lifespan, the vast majority of the skull-bombs seemed like they had nothing better to do than talk all day. Peculiar thing that.

He was either early, or whoever he was destined to mutilate was fashionably late. Fuchsia had very good manners, so he decided to sit down and wait. It turned out that it was too cold for that, sitting was really not a good idea, so he quickly got back on his feet and started jumping up and down to keep his body heated. He had not dressed for the occasion. He started humming. "Late, late, you're so late, slow to realize what's at stake. Cold, chill, ice and tear, I can't wait for your skin to wear."

"And so time turns, you are so late, I'll leave before a frozen fate, hits me with it's coldest right, at least I would have had a fight." Fuchsia said, cheerfully, and tapped his feet together. "Beam me up Sc-.." - He disappeared from the battlefield.
