As for Mr. Minotaur...
Well, you're obviously gonna either love or hate going against the Minotaur, since the Minotaur is almost exactly alike, except in size and inventory. I'm honestly not sure if I should accept or not- you're making a hunter, which sneaks until they can get close enough to shoot- as a great big, well, Minotaur...
My original purpose for Beastmen were more so that those who like the 'hybrids', the ones like with cat ears and stuff, could still be acceptable and wouldn't have to make up something new on the spot to accomodate.
For this, I ask for those of you that are accepted:
Should he make something new, not quite as much a Minotaur, or should he be accepted?
