"Because its the only way I can be safe." Roxy told him in a moment of honesty. She watched him warily. She didn't trust people especially people that were bigger than she was. Which at an even five foot was nearly everyone.

She was right about him being bigger than her, he stands at about 6'7, and weighs short of 300 pounds of muscle. But, he laughed softly nonetheless.

"Spanish according I my Father." Roxy answered with a shrug. She had little to no interest in her family line. She only knew the spanish part because her father had screamed it at her several times.

He speaks, pride and encouragement gleeming in his eyes.
He reaches his hand for her to take, far too excited to remembered that it'll be like touching dry-ice for her.

Kara raises an eyebrow towards Jason. Her curiosity spikes, but yet again she restrains herself. She shrugs her shoulders. "Well, I'm sure we'll find out soon enough." She turns and heads down the hall due to feeling intrusive on the two. Kara glances in to Bay and Roberts room as she walks by. Both are totally silent but their body language makes it seem like they are having a conversation. She hesitates outside the door debating on making conversation.

Jason looks at Ash after Kara had left. "So..... what do you think might be up there? " He said softly to her, genuinely curious about what she thought was up there, his eyes lingered just long enough on hers that anybody paying attention would be able to tell he found her attractive, because she had pretty eyes and those were a huge thing to the half-demon. It just helped that she was attractive the rest of the way.

Ash shrugged, slightly, as she kept her eyes locked with Jason's for a moment, looking away. Talking to the boy, and being around him was starting to become easier and easier for Ash, but she still struggled, "Obviously things that would only cause trouble for us." Ash replied, as she slowly brought her legs up to her chest, and wrapping her arms around her legs. It was easy to tell that Ash's face was red as she tried to hide it behind her legs. She kept her eyes trained down on Jason, staring around his ankles, as if trying deliberately not to look at him, "I don't wanna know what's up there." She added.

Roxy jerked out of his reach. A shadow night appeared in her hand as she automatically got into sma position to defead herself. She watched him closely ready to attack if he made one wrong move. "There are always those who are bigger and stronger. When you put two conquerers against each other the one with the power and experince almost always wins. Especially if the other on has no tools to fight back with."

"I'll come with you," Genevieve says. "It's not like I'm doing anything better." She unconsciously reaches up and touches her sapphire earrings, the ones that came in letter. Her eyes turn bright, bright blue for a minute before they turn back to their normal blue color. She smiles at Erin. "Let's go."

Ash only nodded in reply to Jason's guess on what could lay on the third floor. Ash kept her eyes trained down, still, as she sat there in silence. A thousand thoughts entered Ash's head, as she attempted to process them all. Ash wondered for a moment if coming to this place was really the right idea. Ash slowly placed her legs down, and stood up, still avoiding eye contact with Jason, "I think I'm gonna go walk around." Ash spoke up, her voice slightly shaken.

Ash stood still as a statue, at Jason's offer to stay, or go with her. After standing for a few moments, still avoiding eye contact, Ash looked up to Jason, locking eyes with him. With face still red, and slightly trembling, she spoke up in response, "I want you to come with me." Her words were soft and airy, as if the wind had said them. She kept her gaze with Jason, refusing to avoid eye contact now. Ash could feel the nervousness build up inside her, and was trying her best to beat it back down.
