So we're past Guildfall and we're getting back to normal, so I'm wondering who out there is ready to start participating in contests again. I realize that polls are a problem, but we can link off-site to get a poll going, and while that's -sort- of a pain, it's not that huge of an inconvenience.

I'm just curious, is the audience out there? Would you submit and get involved if Contests started running again?

I am all for restarting the contests. I was thinking of making a contest that involves a single picture (landscape, person, object) and people have about a week to write a story or poem about the picture. Winners would be decided by vote. I am a little stuck on if I should divide entries into levels. I guess it will depend on how many people are interested. While writing skill will play a part, I believe creativity and unique ideas will be rewarded much more.

WOTM isn't dead. We'll be back. We just need a little more time. ;)
