From Glass' view, the world was consumed in fiery white, the heat pleasant for a moment before being instantly consumed with nothingness. He was gone.

Slamming into Be, the powerful kick sent him flying backwards, into the oncoming lava tsunami. Ay did not fare much better, faced with a foe much faster than himself, and was summarily dismembered before falling from the skies to a heat-felt death.

Everything faded, the once fiery landscape quickly disappearing. Replacing it was the familiar ticking of the Pendulum Room, the magical chamber returning the six of them to their original location. Silic was already standing, tired but not deathly so like his family. The two Sodius had combined once again, the singular Namekian laying on his face in exhaustion, while Glass struggled into a sitting position. "That turned out about how I expected." Glass nodded at Silic's assessment.

As the world fades back into the real one once more even the androids were looking tired even if their energy said otherwise. "You may say that" Vera stretched, checking over her arm to make sure that it was really back. "But you did tie with Fray" She gestured to #15 before looking to the two boys "Not to mention harmed me and Gwen." That being said Gwen was stepping off and heading towards the door, while Fray reached down to help Glass up from the floor, patting him on the back excitedly thanking him for a very good fight.

"That being said. Given I got us two new allies, what about you? Have you spoken to the people of earth yet? Or any other world for that matter." Gwen turned, looking confused at Vera "Oh right, space is a thing now. Whole system is open... you two need to read up."

"True, I hadn't expected a tie." Finally pulling himself up, Glass looked around at everyone present, including his exhausted sons. "And good job taking on Vera and Gwen, sons. You did better than I thought. We'll talk over the battle later, with Rin."" Silic nodded at the praise, not thinking over it too much, but Sodius continued to lay there, thinking over his battle, knowing he could have done so much better.

Vera's words made the Guardian think for a moment. "The people of earth would panic if they knew just how possible the destruction of the planet is. As things are, I've made the Schools and King aware of what is going on, and their respective academies have begun an accelerated program, trying to get warriors ready for the invasion. Master Yi and Sho have been working with Gorin, as well as their other students. I expect them to bring nearly a hundred combat-ready warriors, of varying strengths, and of course, themselves as well."

"Their off-world schools are undergoing much of the same, though I believe they're being kept on their planets as a defensive force. As for other worlds.. The Son Clan Saiyans on New Vegeta are sending a force of Warriors, led by one of their Royal Guard. New Namek will not be sending aid."

Vera nodded a few times as she listened to what was being said, it seemed like they would at least have a decent force to fight with. With a combo of the Earth and Vegeta Son Clan's they would likely have a force to face this threat head on. Whatever it was it was big to turn up on the RR sensors so far out, though something bothered her... "Wait, why isn't Namek sending out reinforcements? From what I read they have to by some kind of writ right?"

"We do. There's an old alliance between our planets, going far back." Glass shook his head, partly in exasperation and partly in shame. "It seems as if something is wrong on New Namek, though, and the elders have unanimously declined to send any aid to Earth. For all intents and purposes, our alliance has ended. I'm not sure what it is that's going on, but whatever it is must be important if the elders would decline to send even a contingent of warriors."

Behind them, the doors opened and a tired looking Rin peeked in, Popo behind her. The girl looked around, but declined to say a word, seemingly satisfied that everything was alright, leaving the chamber a moment later.

Vera lowered her head in deep thought, not even noticing Rin peeking in from the doorway but that did not mean everyone didn't as Fray gave a small wave to the girl. "Why... Do they know something we don't by any chance?" She couldn't help but wonder this fact out loud, but as soon as Glass had his say in the matter she pushed it to the side for the time being, this was not a place to be wondering about such things.

"Either way I'm hungry, I'm going to go get that Genie to make me something!" With that she turned around and started heading towards the door. Gwen followed suit and soon enough so did Fray. "We will have to talk about this proper later Glass. You will have to warn the world sometime..."

The dawn of war was fast approaching, as an unknown entity closed in on the Solar System. Glass and his students continued to train, making progress as they pushed their limits beyond what they knew was even possible, and reached a new plateau of power. It was jarring that they could've had this level of power all along if they'd tried. Throughout all of this, the Namekians mastered their existing techniques, and in the case of Glass, even learned a new one through certain observations. It was rough and dangerous, but worthwhile over all.

It was only a few days until the arrival of the invasion force, when a welcome sight came to Earth. Settling down to the planet's surface were several large pod-shaped ships, each carrying several Saiyan warriors of the Son family, as well as the famed Chadre Tai of the New Vegeta Royal Guard. King Fuzzie and the majority of his Cabinet were present, as well as a unit of human warriors. The Saiyans clearly outclassed the humans as warriors, their strength palatable in the air, but most of the aliens welcomed their allies as comrades in arms against this menace.

Glass and his three students stood off to the side as Chadre and Fuzzie shook hands and talked for a moment, exchanging pleasantries.

The three sisters on the other hand were much less concerned about raising their power beyond their limits and more about relearning what they had lost over the main years. Retraining themselves in the basics of combat so that they would not have to rely on their sheer power anymore. However, what may have been odd was the fact that Vera was the one learning from the room and then passing on this knowledge to her sisters, teaching them what she could ranging from sword techniques to fighting ones.

Soon though the time had arrived for the Saiyans! While Glass and the others were standing up form Vera and her sisters were behind them... After all despite helping with the coming attack Fuzzie still saw them as trouble and so put Glass in charge of keeping them in line, that though did not stop one of them from talking.

"Surprising, To think the Saiyan race has changed so much. The ones form my time would have never offered such help" She tried to keep it down so Glass could only hear this, though she was not trying too hard...

Glass shot Vera a dirty look before turning to face the envoys again, keeping more quiet than the woman. "You'll find that the Son family are the exception to the rule. Saiyan pride is still at play. The only reason they sent a Royal Guard is because of a clause in our treaty, and from what I understand Chadre is something of a hot shot. I have a feeling she was instructed to stay on her best behavior."

As the Namekian said her name, the Chadre turned to them and smirked, flying towards then while Fuzzie continued greeting warriors. Landing in front of the group, she studied them all up and down with something like a predator's curiosity in her eyes. "Well, look what we have here. Earth really is the mixing part of this part of the galaxy, isn't it? Some Namekians, some cyborgs, an earthling. What a surprise. Judging by the feeling I'm getting off your living members, I'd assume that you all are the real warriors here? Nice to see some people take training seriously, at least."

"Oh, but where are my manners! Allow me to introduce myself." She offered her hand to each of their group. "Chadre Tai, member of the Royal Vegeta Guard and acting Brigadier General of the Terran Expeditionary Force."

"I'm Glass, Guardian of Earth. Nice to make your acquaintance." Shaking the woman's hand, the Namekian noted her grip was intense. He matched her strength with his own, and got another smirk out of her for his trouble.

The three sisters continued to watch the greetings, though Fray did give a wave to everyone of the new people in greeting, her smile as bright as ever. Over the last few weeks Glass would have likely discovered that Fray was in fact a mute, unable to speak no matter what but she more than made up for it in body language. She could not help but notice all the powerful people here, each one clearly a challenge waiting to be had but unlike Vera she knew when to 'keep her mouth shut' so to speak. Vera was currently staring at Chadre, trying to gauge just what they had gained in their fight for earth.

"Ah, the cyborgs I've heard so much about. You caused quite a bit of panic on this planet, from what I understand." Chadre glanced at the three women without an energy signature, trying to silently gauge them, but coming up a bit short for her purposes. "I suppose I'll be seeing all of you a lot the next few days. From what I understand, we're the big guns when it comes to the defense forces. Hopefully something worth my time will come up, and we can see what everyone's made of." Smirking again, the woman finished shaking hands.

"I'd rather it not come to that." Glass was weary, the days of long training eroding him. "Hopefully this is all for nothing, and no one will have to get hurt."

The Saiyan woman narrowed her eyes at Glass before turning. "Well, I suppose we'll just have to see, then. I have meetings to attend to. Good day."

"Good day to you too..."

Vera said, glaring at the women as she walked away, giving only a small dismissive wave to the cyborgs tone as she went to her meeting. Vera didn't know why but the women rubbed her the wrong way, maybe it was the fact that she was powerful or maybe that Chadre's cockiness clashed with her own, but either way she would have to work with them if she intended to keep her promise.

While she was watching her leaving, King Fuzzie glared at the cyborg, doing the 'i am watching you' action with her fingers before putting on his political mask once more and leaving with Chadre.

"So, that is what we have... I can only hope that the danger that is coming is something we can handle with power alone." Their numbers were a little lacking but for all she knew the thing that was coming could have been a HUGE comet or something, but she doubted that. "Either way, we only have a few days remaining, did you set up any defenses?" She was talking directly to glass by this point.

"From what I've been told, Earth has been setting up defenses across the Solar System. Our battle plan largely depends on what our sensors pick up, and how the invading forces plan to approach this war. Once their ships pass the Oort Cloud we'll be able to pin point their advances exactly. If it looks like they're planning to rush towards Earth, our forces are as prepared as they'll ever be, and our orbital defenses will be prepared to hopefully shoot down any incoming ships. Obviously, this may not have 100% effectiveness, and any talented pilot will be able to navigate through." Pointing towards a nearby table with several soldiers huddled around it, Glass walked up and began to point out various points on several maps.

"If they don't intend to bee-line towards earth, however, we have problems. For this reason, we'll be shipping to Mars in the next day or so, in order to be at more of a medium distance to our outermost colonies while still being close to Earth. Europa is our most vulnerable target, and the ocean moon lacks almost any true defenses. While soldiers and orbital emplacements have been moved to defend it, there is little in the way of its complete annihilation if a true threat were to arrive. Given enough time, however, we could be able to arrive from Mars in around a day."

"Outside of this, we have strategies in place for every colony in the system, and tactics planned for most scenarios. At this point all we can do is continue to improve our defenses and get in a last bit of training."

Vera listened, her head nodding a few times as she confirmed that she understood what their plan was going to be though she still disliked the lack of civilian troops she was at least happy that it was a military matter as well. Gwen decided to speak up "Well, we better be on our way. The sooner we know the battlefield the better." Fray nodded in agreement while she had started to pet Vera's head who looked a little annoyed by the action.

"If we are moving then I suspect the little defense force that we collected is just here to have a meeting of their own before heading to the front lines?" She hoped it was for that reason and not just stay behind to protect earth, facing these foes with half of what they had may be a downfall.. Though again for all she knew it could just be a big rock, which she hoped wasn't the case...

"They'll be joining us. We'll also be picking up Masters Yi and Sho, and their star pupils. The best Earth has to offer. I just hope it's enough to push back the invading forces." In the distance nearly a dozen ships were being prepared for the Earthlings to embark, larger than the pods of their Saiyan counterparts, but also sturdier and able to hold nearly a score at a time. Every human worth a damn would be embarking in a matter of hours.

"Then, let us continue." Vera started to walk off by this point to get ready for lift off, her sisters follow suit with Gwen giving a curt bow and Fray waving goodbye to the three namekians. All at once the world was preparing for a fight, ammunition androids and warriors for this and the next planet started to enter the waiting ships in the next few hours. The CC android army was ready and polished but they were just the main fighting force for the worlds strongest warriors.

The three cyborg sisters were on the main battle ship of the earth fleet, a sleek design using the best CC had to offer, and maybe a little RR hidden here and there at that. This would be the mobile command bridge of the defense force, with all the strongest warriors readying themselves here for battle. Vera awaited Glass at the boarding ramp to the ship, knowing that he and the other higher ups had much to talk about before they left.

It was some time later that Glass and his students joined the cyborgs aboard the main battleship, the former having been training while Glass finished his talks with the Generals of Earth's armies. Motioning to the pilot, the ship and all around it began to pick up, speeding towards the heavens and eventually breaking through the skies. The moon, covered by domed crater-cities, glowed a teal color as the artificial atmospheres diffused light in all directions, the lush green fields and brilliant blue lakes producing the mingled effect. One of the jewels of Earth's empire.

Some hours would have to pass before arriving at Mars, assuming the Asteroid Belt behaved itself. Glass settled into his cabin, deep in meditation, joined soon by the rest of his students as they prepared for the long flight.

On the trip over Vera was staring out one of the observation windows on the ship as the asteroids bounced off the main shield causing it to ripple out like water. It was the same kind of tech they used for their defensive shielding, and she could only guess where they had obtained that from. Looking up and to her side she saw her two sleeping sisters, Fray of which was acting like her pillow. She muttered something to herself before falling into her own deep sleep.

"I can only hope that they are not as powerful as I suspect..."

Soon the battleship was flying above the world of mars, one of the oldest human colonies to ever be built within their solar system, however as of now it looked more like a fortress. The fleet from earth loomed over head while the orbital defenses pointed out towards the stars. Only a few days remained and the army would have to get ready for what is to come.

Below them sat Mars, a ruddy-green and blue gem. In the north, a vast ocean swallowed thousands of kilometers, its coastline strung by thousands of tiny, specked islands. Cutting through the middle of the planet, a massive shallow sea dominated and more than doubled this available coastline, resulting in seemingly endless beaches. To the south was a mountainous icecap, kilometers high. Like most newly terraformed planets, it was truly a landscape of extremes.

It was also the home to nearly three billion humans, and an entire fledgling ecosystem. Something worth protecting.

Sitting in orbit, Glass reached out to the planets with his senses, taking in the world. Overall, Mars radiated a tiny fraction of the energy Earth did, mostly because it had far fewer humans and animals. It also owed to the gravity, he knew. Even with its modifications, it still had only two-thirds Earth gravity, and this had a negative impact on the strength of its inhabitants. Still, barracks of soldiers held strong enough men and women, and the warriors of the planet shone brightly, like any other world's. Impressive, for what it lacked in manpower.

Within mere moments Vera had shown up beside Glass, peering down to the planet below and its semblance to their own little blue marble in the inky blackness of space. "Impressive... I can see why people want to protect this place. It has a certain untouched peace" Unlike their own earth which had seen far too much history of violence, this planet felt so clean and that made you just want to make sure that it stayed that way.

Vera and Glass would suddenly feel a palm slam into their backs in greeting, a grinning Chadre standing behind them was not much of a shock to the pair that could sense power but she was sure fast enough to pat them. "If you think this is impressive you should see New Vegeta! I have been hold it is even better than our old planet hah. Have you ever been?" She asked glass, clearly knowing that Vera could have never seen any planet outside of earth, infomation that was likely discussed within those meetings that she had been dragged too.
