Power/Special Skill: Manipulation of ice and cold
Backstory: Joe was given up at birth be cause of his pale and sickly appearance. It was thought that the he wouldn't make the night, but he survived and would continue to grow up alone and unwanted. Joe would be bullied constantly and it was while he was being bullied that he came into his powers and killed his tormentor. Today Joe lives on the street, hunting down criminals and robbing their homes.
Personality: Aggressive, hot headed, spontaneous, slow to trust
