I'm going to be waiting to post for a few hours myself (I'm preparing for a tabletop game this weekend), but I won't be at all miffed if I have to catch up.

And if the general pace of the thread needs to slow done a tad, I'm okay with posting less per day. It's my summer, and it's a fairly free summer, so I've got a lot of time between other projects to RP on the forums.

Okay, working on a post now.

For future reference: Saturdays I'm almost always gone ALL day. This next Saturday will be an exception (I sadly have to miss Free RPG Day at my local game store), but otherwise... Yeah. Saturday is a day when I vanish from the face of the Earth.

Now, though, I am writing.

Posted. As an aside: the reason I originally was having Ayla wander off alone was because I was leaving for Saturday. I felt it was a perfect exit.

@71342 I see, I can understand where you're speaking from.

@everyone I've spent the whole day trying to think up a new character but it just isn't happening. Therefore I'll not be continuing this roleplay anymore. I'll be considerate and post Ro'en leaving town in a day so as there will not be any IC loose ends, consider the lore of the alchemy shoppe my contribution to this.

This sounds very interesting, mostly because you seem to have an idea of where you want the story to go and still give players freedom. I also like how fast it seems to be moving so far.

So I'm not committed just yet but if you still have space left, I'd like to ask a few questions.

1. Are we working as a team on set missions or independently? If it's independent, do you assign those as GMs or do we create our own?

2. Are there animal familiars, gods, spirits?

3. Is there necromancy of any sort?

1. Depends, and they'll be GM-created.

2. No familiars, yes there are gods, ???

3. No.

So, here's what the plan is so far. Riknas, the other GM, has been out of sorts for a while. This thread is sort of dangling right now, but that's alright if y'all are willing to soldier through slow updates.

Everyone get inside, sit down, and I'll set you up on your first big adventure.

Totally sensible to me.

Also, should I go ahead and post? I'm tempted to wait for Jester or our resident huntress to post, as the post I'd make as of now would probably be summed up as "MORE GRUMPY QUIET."

For all intents and purposes, however, I'll say she's carrying a keg of something as well. Just one, though. She's not seven feet tall.

I can post sitting down inside now or after someone else does a thing.

Hey, I apologize, but I'm going to go head and shut this roleplay down. I'm a bit disappointed since it's happening before we could really get any momentum, but my co-GM, Riknas, won't be able to join us. Real life gets busy. I completely understand, and I also understand why you don't want to continue without your friend. I've been in a similar situation before.
