Kat had stayed sat reading the book for the whole of lunch, seemingly ignorant of the world around her despite being very aware whenever anybody walked too close. She noticed that the noises began to change from idle chat to scraping chairs signalling that the next class was obviously drawing near. With a sigh she reluctantly closed the book, it disappearing the moment her hands moved away, and stood up.

It occurred to her she hadn't eaten yet today which probably wasn't wise. Seeing an untouched apple on the tray of a younger and most certainly naive boy Kat sashayed over to him, picked up the apple and took a bite, all the while fixing him with a sultry look. It was only when she walked away and her back was turned that the smile turned to a smirk. It was all too easy, she thought as she took another bite and walked towards Power Development.

Jack ran up behind Katherin and that Skan guy. He needed to back off a bit. "Hey beautiful. " He said kissing her on the cheeck. "I'll walk you to class. " He said smiling. "We get to deal with Mimic again. Hopefully the poor guy isn't reduced to tears again. " He said taking Katherin's hand. He smiled politely at the new guy.

"I am beginning to think you think everyone is a creep." Katherin knew Jack preferred to swing and really she did too. She loved having to hold on to him so closely. Still it would be nice to walk where others could see them as a couple. Katherin wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him full on the lips. "Thank you for agreeing to walk. I know it isn't as much fun as swinging."

"Nah it is just my way of saying I don't trust people." He said kissing him back. "You keep kissing me like that and you can get me to do anything you want." he said smiling. Swinging was a bit tiring when it came to carrying people. He still liked it. He kept walking with her. "Anything with you is just as fun." He said stilling smiling. This couple thing was great.

"I will have to remember that. Might come in handy sometime when I really want something. Maybe after class we can have a race. Ice vs webs." Katherin smiled mischievously. She was hestitate about using her powers, but with winter in the air she would need to use the ability whether she wanted to or not. She might as well do something she enjoyed with it.

"I doubt I'll win. I still havent gotten the hang if control. Winter is helping. I feel like I'm supercharged. As long as I have to use the power I might as well do something I enjoy." Katherin blushed at the compliment. She wished she could believe in herself as strongly as Jack seemed to. Part of her was looking forward to the challenge. She just hoped she wouldn't embarrass herself in front of Jack.

Austin grinned as he at he watched his friend talk to Kijani, shaking his head. Good for him. He sat up when Connor walked back over and nodded slightly. Soon afterwards they had to leave for class. He said," alright, I'll see you there." He stood up and headed to class, walking inside the room once he got there.

Jessica left the lunchroom, having been people watching the whole time. She walked to Mimic's class, moving and sitting down at one of the tables, crossing her arms across her chest. Today had been rather... Uninteresting. But parhaps that was a good thing.

Griffin decided to allow Zack to stay in charge unless Mimic's class got too violent, which was always a possibility. But he thought it was a good idea for them both to observe the class. They needed to see who could do what.

Connor slipped into the class, glancing at the time. Not long now, he thought, until he could get the ability to use his suit back. He sat down beside Austin, then grimaced slightly. Knowing his luck, it would be his turn to face Mimic sometime during the class.
Kalinda leaned on her desk, head in hands, pondering if it would be rude to sleep or not.

As Kat walked into the room she took a final bite of the apple and threw the core in the bin at a distance just far enough to be considered impressive. She was feeling significantly better after the night before - gods bless this weak Midgardian drink - however the prospect of this class did help to drag her mood back down to scrape the floor. She slumped into one of the chairs, running a hand through her hair and pulling it over her shoulder, examining the ends as if it were far more entertaining than this class could ever be.

Mimic walked into class with just as much exaggeration as ever.

"Alright, everyone! Show and Tell again. Connor!"

Because he left the room, he eyed Sue, who was hugging the right hand side, longer than he should have, then left.
