I dunno, considering that Phase Shift Summoning is practically unknown and unheard of in this world, I'd say that unless you're playing a character from the other world, then you should have no reason to have Phase Shift monsters.

The new archetype should be done soon for the next Side Event. Also, whilst Azura is gone, I will section this into 2 types of events: Story Events and Side Events. Story Events will be almost mandatory, demanding that 4 people participate, not counting Scar or I (whichever one starts the event), and can only be started by us.

Side Events will be completely optional and will reveal hints about the main story or give you rare cards, only one person needs to participate for a side event. Also, if somebody starts their own side event and Scar or I approve it only then does it have a reward. Anyone can make a side event but only Co-GM made/approved ones have Rewards/story connection.

As a closing statement, I approve the duel tournament as a side event and declare the prize to be a copy of "Flash Phase Shift" which allows you to phase shift summon during your opponent's turn using Phase A and Phase B monsters from your hand or field, not that Moros has a Phase Shift Monster or Phase A or B monsters. To explain this card, it fell from the sky minutes before the tournament, replacing the original prize which was to be a copy of Exodia. If scar is okay with all of this then it is Law, not really but it kinda is.

EDIT: The next side story can only be finished by a single person but there will be more like it. also the reward will be tailored to the person who finishes it.
