The hideout of his foe was quite impressive, even Peter had to admit that. It was luxurious for a villain with a deadly hint of danger that seemed to lurk around every corner. For the hero, it was merely another he would have to face if he was to not only escape but also stop any plans the villain had for destruction.

While his true name was Peter Markson, most people knew him as the Silver Bow. He earned his name for his seemingly indestructible bow made of a metal that was foreign to most people. Along with the bow came several sets of arrows, all varying in abilities and usefulness, that he was able to synthesize at will. The hero adjusted the mask that covered his face. It was a full mask with silver coloring and made out of the same metal as his bow. His mask was usually hidden under the hood of the cloak that he wore.

Peter poked his head around the corner into the next room before ducking back into the shadows once more. He spotted a figure moving inside. Perhaps it was the villain? Or the villain's henchmen. He drew his bow up, now freshly loaded with an arrow, and slowly moved into face the figure. "Don't move. Identify yourself." he growled.

"Oh no, oh no, oh no!" Cyrille opened up the silver plating on the wall and coughed when a cloud of smoke exploded out. Waving his hand in front of his face, he squinted through the fumes. Poking at it gingerly, he retreated quickly when sparks flew form the sputtering machine.
"Oooh, he's going to be so pissed!" Pushing a hand through his dark hair worriedly, he stood and looked around for someone, anyone who could help. But knowing his luck, there was no one around. They were all off searching for the intruder, or helping the Reaper-god that was such a stupid name. Not that he'd tell him-with his 'master plan'.
"But no, Cyrille you have to fix stuff, go do that, go do this, why? No one else wants to, that's why!"

Turning sharply on his heel to head towards his box of tools, he came face to face with an arrow. Loaded in a silver bow. His eyes widened with fear behind his black half mask, and he took a step back. Oh this was the guy. This was the hero everyone was looking for. Looking from side to side again frantically, his heart sank as he realised no one was around.
"I'm not armed! I'm just fixing something, that's all I do! I swear!" He adjusted his sleeves nervously, and cursed the stupid uniforms again. Honestly, a vest and shirt? He looked like a freaking waiter! But of course, there had to be some 'flair'.
"I'm just a henchmen, no one important!"

Peter raised an eyebrow at the panicked henchmen beginning to lower his weapon. He felt a hint of pity for the guy but then again, it could be some kind of trap. Just as he started to lower his bow he quickly became tense again as he aimed the arrow towards the henchman's chest. His eyes narrowed through the slits of his mask as he stared him down.

"Just a henchmen huh?" he snorted. "That's still enough to make you a threat. Especially when you're working for Reaper." He took a step towards him and eyed the tools on the floor. "Exactly what are you fixing? Because for some reason, I sincerely doubt it's an air conditioner." He hoped to get a quick answer out of him. The longer he delayed, the more likely others were to find them which would only mean more trouble for Silver Bow. Peter became slightly more vigilant after the idea of an ambushed crossed his mind. He mentally made plans for several different escape routes and attempted to listen carefully for approaching footsteps and other such signs of approaching enemies.

Glancing down at the tools as well, he debated what to say to the masked hero. He could be truthful and tell him it was one of the devices that would set off the bomb, which would of course make him destroy it. Or he could lie and say that it was nothing but a...um...he furrowed his brow as he tried to think of something. Something that would be in the lair, but not dangerous...
"It's a...well..." He rubbed his hands together nervously, frantically thinking of something, anything to say, and finally blurted out,
"It's a communication thing?"

He sounded unsure, and he mentally cursed at himself. He was so stupid! Of course the guy wouldn't believe him and he'd probably be killed for being so silly. Everyone always told him that he should've been a better liar, seeing as what he was doing now. Being gullible and a bad liar wasn't exactly the best thing to be when faced in a life or death situation after all.
