Morana raised an eyebrow as Griffin spoke, then chuckled. "Oh, my. You don't know who I am, do you? Secrets hasn't told you my job? I'm already practically the definition of affecting humans in negative ways."

He asked gently, in honesty he was truly scared, he had known there would be hell to pay for housing a demon lord, but he had no idea that it would occur so quickly. Reaching into his pocket, he removed a small black box with a tank on it, turning it on he inhaled lightly, letting out a small cloud of vapor from his mouth. It was a habit of his, whenever he got nervous or uncomfortable he would practice cloud chasing, that is, trying to exhale the most possible volume of vapor that he could. After a few small inhales, he took a massive draw from the small cube, exhaling a huge billowing cloud of vapor, extending close to six feet away, and maxing out at about three feet wide. The air filled with a subtly, sweet slightly coffee scented aroma, his vapor flavor being a dark roast coffee.

Griffin smirked. "You don't know what the angels are capable of. You might be an assassin and the keeper of death but alone you are just a child. The angels can do everything you can do and more. They are fast and stronger. Death is limited by your human body because you and he are still separate beings. The angels are not limited in that way. I don't know how to defeat them. Secrets is sure that if anyone can find their weakness it is him."

Did he just say what I thought he said...? That was the fastest way to piss off Morana. "A child? You dare call me a child?!" She full-on glared at Griffin. "I am the highest-paid mercenary in the world. I have killed more men than there are in the US government. I am the most deadly assassin available for money, and only the fact that I don't kill without reason is keeping me from putting a bullet in your brain for that insult."
MORANA! That was the first time she had ever heard Death raise his voice. SILENCE! He forcibly took over her body. "I APOLOGIZE FOR MY HOST'S BEHAVIOR. SHE HAS TOO MUCH PRIDE. I WILL BE IN COMMAND OF THIS BODY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THESE PROCEEDINGS."
DEATH! Let me out, or so help me, I'll- Morana kept throwing insults and threats at Death, but he paid her no mind.

Griffin nodded. There was nothing wrong having pride. He had never had any but he was glad that Morana had hers. She was going to need it. "You might want to give her an idea of your death count. Maybe if she knows exactly how far away you can kill someone she will be more open to the idea of working with us. I don't care if she lives or dies but you might feel differently." Secrets stated calmly. He liked his human and had no desire to tame another one. The deal he had with this one was working well.

Looking up at the Castle Doors, wondering if i should knock. "should i do it?" asking myself, hoping that disease was still taking his nap. opening and closing my eyes slowing, i looked down at the email.

"You don't know me but I know you. In the last month your world has changed. One day you were alone in your head. The next you weren't. You saw doctors and did research but couldn't find the answers about what was happening to you. Soon you notice that the voice in your head isn't the only thing that has changed. You can now do something that no human can do. I am here to tell you that you are not alone. There are others like you. Others that have a voice that whispers to them and can do things that no one else can do. I have some answers. I am inviting all of those who has had these experiences to come to my castle where I will explain what I know about what has caused these changes."

opening and closing my eyes slowing again, i knocked on the door, wondering what was waiting on the other side of the door.

She grabbed at her hair, and growled to herself. "Stop trying to play the v-victim!" Lies hissed back at her, "Shut your mouth. I'll make you if you don't." Once again, she could imagine a ghastly smile in her head.

"Come inside. The others are already in the other room. I will take you to them. I will answer your questions."

i watched as someone opened the door, telling me to follow him. "are you the one that send me the email?" i asked, in a small voice. noticing that it has been along time that i talked or used my voice for awhile and making sure that i didn't touch him.

Griffin nodded. "My name is Griffin Green I am the keeper of Secrets. There is much I need to tell you. Please follow me." He lead the woman to the room where the others were gathered. He wanted to get back to the discussion. They didn't have a lot of time. The angels knew where they were and could attack any time.

Griffin lead the young woman into the room with the others. "Yes we can protect ourselves against the angels." He said continuing the conversation right where it had been interrupted. "We each have something that will allow us to defeat them. I am not a fighter but once they are close enough I will know their weakness. One our own we will be able to survive awhile but only as long as they attack as individuals. If they work together we will be overwhelmed. I think we have a better chance of surviving if we work together. I don't know about the rest of you but neither Secrets or I are eager to end this life."

Vicar said, then feeling Violence taking control of his voice he let the demon speak as well.

"I'm with him as well dying isn't my favourite option although I like to cause violence that causes death!"

Violence forced Vicars mouth into a cruel evil grin then Vicar took over again, his gaze switched over to the new women.

"I wonder which demon she is!"

Violence spoke gruffly into Vicars mind.

"Whatever it is I don't care!"

Vicar replied in his mind, then he turned his gaze back to Griffin.

Nathan would quietly swear as he feels a painful slash on his back, his eyes shutting tightly, breathing heavily, quickening but keeping calm, he would stare at the girl walking through, his eyes opening widely, blushing as he looks down, Pain laughing loudly inside his head, causing him to wince, hearing his deep voice "YOU LIKE HER?! BAHAHAHAHA!" Nathan would grip his head, muttering under his breath "Fuck off..."

Vicar chuckled a little bit as he spotted the blush on Nathan's face and he smiled at the man, and said.

"You have the hots for someone eh?"

Vicar said, supportingly to Nathan then Violence piped in his head.

"Oh great just what we need love!"

Violence's voice sounded like he didn't like love very much but he paid the Demon no mind.

"Well it isn't a bad thing Nathan we all know what it is love and crushes destroy ones life and also destroy ones dignity as well!"

He said quietly to Nathan so only he could hear him.

Nathan would sink into his chair, his face getting redder as Vicar comments on it, he would zip up his jacket, speaking quietly "Shaddup.." Before he hears Pain, his voice quite mischievous "I can cause Emotional and Physical pain you know.." A laugh would echo through his skull, Pain quickly taking control of Nathan, Walking toward the girl that houses disease "THIS VESSEL HAS A THING FOR YOU." before Pain seizes control, causing Nathan to grab his head, and notice he is standing infront of her, his blush deepening

Death crossed his host's arms, standing with posture correct. As Death was in control of the body at the moment, Morana's usual air of quiet menace was amped up a fair bit. He was trying to get Morana to see reason, but at the moment, she was too angry. Perhaps he would talk to her later.

Violence had Vicar look over at the women who had taken on a more angered aspect, Violence hopped back into Vicars brain and started controlling him again.

"Someone seems upset what is it poor baby!"

Violence asked the women in his usual gruff voice that contrasted Vicar's voice which as low but soft.

"Did someone steal your lolly!"

Violence snickered and made himself talk as though he were talking to a five year old, not even a care although Vicar was extremely worried the women would whip out her gun and shoot.

"No need to try and scare people your already scary enough!"

Violence laughed at the women, who seemed to be taking on an aura of menace but Vicar was sure Violence would get them out of there if anything happened.

"Now that I have established control I will do a few things is that okay Vicar"

Vicar was fine with it although he knew the Demon Lord would make it tricky for him to gain control again.

The Demon turned Vicar's head towards Griffin.

"Now please explain to me hum-I mean Griffin what kind of defences do theses twerps have!"

He pointed around the room mostly directing the word 'twerps' at the hosts not the Demons, even pointing at himself.

"And another question what kind of weaponry do you have and how much of my powers can my host use spill the beans Secrets!"

Violence said as Vicar took a back seat to the whole encounter.

At Violence's words, Morana raged. Let me kill him! She cried angrily. Let me shoot him in the brain and watch the life drain from his eyes!
No. "I ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT ANGER MY HOST WITHOUT REASON. SHE IS NOT ONE TO FORGIVE AND FORGET, AND HER VENGEANCE IS MUCH LIKE MINE - FATAL." Death said aloud, leveling a stern look on Violence/Vicar.

Maya picked at her chipped nail polish anxiously. She wasn't comfortable with all of this talk of demons and angels and death. The host of Pain blushed when he saw the girl who hosted Disease, much as Maya herself had done earlier, but Pain called him out on it. Maya felt overwhelming embarrassment for the poor boy. "See, I'm not so bad, huh? I can keep your little crush a secret, but... you can't really keep secrets from Secrets." Nightmare said, giggling at her not-so-witty pun. Maya grumbled under her breath. "I like you, Maya. Some of these other demons don't care about their hosts, but I'm not like them. I just like scaring people, I want you to do what you can to stay safe from the angels. You should stick around here, I'll help you." Nightmares sounded uncharacteristically sweet and honest, but Maya couldn't help but doubt the authenticity of it. Maybe it wasn't kindness, but a selfish act? Either way, Maya didn't want to risk going out into the world alone. "I'll stay, and learn, and fight in whatever way I can." Maya said to know one in particular, she was just announcing her intentions to the group.
